Why do we love this wine?
Pulled from three vineyards scattered between the Willunga foothills and the McLaren Vale township - close enough that each block can practically see the other, sharing similar soil along the way. Cherry red in the glass, with strawberry, raspberry and plum on the nose, joined by ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg doing their thing underneath. The palate keeps the fun going - red fruit, cherry and lingering spice, wrapped in silky tannin and a savoury streak of acidity. Here's the best part: this is ridiculous value, and it doesn't ask for a special occasion to justify opening it. Drink it with pizza on the couch, drink it at a barbecue, drink it solo because it's Thursday and you feel like it. Your wine, your rules!
