Why do we love this wine?
A mother and daughter winemaking duo, this lot are, in their own words, "Handcrafting wines from the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale, celebrating the regions in which they are grown, and the passing of the seasons in which they are made". It's a super simple philosophy, celebrate the conditions, the climate and the regions from which the wines are created. But don't get it wrong, this is not a simply achieved philosophy and this wine is not a simple wine, cedary, spicy oak, red cherries, raspberries and beautifully vibrant acid. A really smart wine (especially for this price), if we were going to give you little tip - chuck this in the fridge for 30 mins before consumption on a hot day and you'll be laughing.
