The 2023 Barossa vintage brought cooler temperatures and a slow, steady ripening season that's given this release a freshness and vibrancy that sets it apart. Fruit sourced across three distinct sites in the Barossa and Eden Valleys, ten months in seasoned French oak, and a palate that's rich and fruit-driven but bouncy and alive rather than overly heavy or poorly extracted.
