Domaine Ninot is a historic family estate currently run by sibling duo Erell and Flavien Ninot, who have taken their organically farmed vineyards to thrilling new heights. 'Le Meix Guillame' is a prime parcel of clay and limestone that forces the vines to dig deep, resulting in wines of immense purity and character. Finding this level of artisanal craftsmanship at this price point is a huge win for any serious collector. It's drinking exceptionally well right now but will easily cellar for a few more years.

Bright and finely detailed, with red cherry and raspberry at the core, lifted by delicate rose petal and a touch of fine spice. The palate is supple and elegant, showing silky tannins, fresh acidity and excellent fruit purity. There is enough savoury detail to add complexity without obscuring the wine’s vibrant red-fruited character. Finishes slightly earthy, super poised and persistent.
