Why do we love this wine?
Crimson with a purple edge, solid right through the core. Raspberry cola and violets jump out of the glass first, followed by blackcurrant, warm spice and a mix of new and seasoned oak. The palate keeps that same energy - raspberry cola and dark cherry leading into structural oak and spice, with powerful dark fruit and a long finish. There’s a lot happening in the glass, and it drinks with real forward motion. This isn’t a shy wine. It’s not trying to be.
