This South Aussie producer is fast becoming a mofo favourite across their delicious red and white wines. They seek out parcels of quality grapes in Barossa, McLaren and in this case the maritime region of Langhorne Creek. Their wines are made to a high standard across the range and are reliably delicious. This cabernet shows off a perfumed nose of flowers, juicy plums and dried herbs, followed by a medium-bodied, ripe and textured palate. There’s a gentle earthiness in the wine that is wrapped in blackberries and a lingering olive tapenade finish.
