On the nose, it’s a blissful blend of blackcurrant, violets, glazed cherries, cacao and liquorice. The palate comes in plush and seriously layered - black fruits, cherries and allspice propped up by velvet tannins, with dark chocolate and a minerality that lingers for juuuuust the right length. It's precise. It's opulent. It's pure Margaret River cabernet. A wine of structure and staying power, you can easily cellar this for 15+ years, but it’s already drinking beautifully.
