Why do we love this wine?
This one leads with crunchy red cherry and blackberry, then slips into bay leaf, pink peppercorn and that leafy, herbal edge cab franc fans crave. It’s mid-weight, super fresh, and built around energy rather than muscle. The tannins are chalky and tidy, giving it shape without drying things out, and it finishes clean and savoury, perfect for food. Lamb on the barbie would be very happy here. Drink now. This wine will certainly develop for the next 5-7 years but honestly, it's so juicy and bright right now, it'd be a shame to let that energy go to waste.
