Why do we love this wine?
Dark berry and plum from the cabernet, a peppery, velvety richness from the shiraz, and a spice-driven complexity woven through a palate that's structured, approachable and deeply satisfying. The tannins have enough presence to give it shape without ever feeling grippy, and the finish carries on long after the glass is empty.
