Why do we love this wine?
The nose is rich and inviting, with ripe blackberries, blackcurrants and dark cherries layered over cedar, tobacco and a gorgeous hint of dried herbs. A good lick of oak adds nuance, bringing hints of vanilla and spice to the bouquet. On the palate, it’s bold and full-bodied, yet impeccably balanced. Luscious black fruits - blackberry, cassis and plum - take centre stage, supported by structured tannins that give the wine depth and elegance. Notes of dark chocolate, tobacco and subtle herbs weave through the finish, adding layers of complexity. This is cabernet built to impress - generous, powerful, and cellar-worthy, yet already drinking beautifully today.
