Why do we love this wine?
The winemaker's mantra of "hand-made, slow and gentle" seemingly belies the power and grunt of the wines he creates, year-in year-out. Our shiraz at hand has been harvested from the family-owned and operated vineyards of Marananga. These vineyards sit entirely within the famed western sub-region of the Barossa , and are known Australia-wide for superb shiraz production and deep, rich soils interspersed with the occasional limestone slab. Another powerful vintage from a winemaker at the peak of his powers.
