We tasted this at the office and it stopped everyone in their tracks. In a line up of about 10 Tassie pinots, this one took the cake, even beating out the 'Best Tasmanian Red Wine of 2023'. Pinots like this don't come around all too often. Here's your chance to own something special.

Why do we love this wine?
This comes from some seriously well-regarded sites sitting on basalt soils - the kind of terroir that gives Tassie Pinot serious depth and character. Wild fermented with a portion of whole bunches, then aged in older French oak. Just enough timber to add shape without smothering the fruit. What's in the glass is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced. Red plum and rhubarb lead the charge, backed by clove spice, floral notes and an earthy, savoury edge that keeps things interesting. The tannins are fine and integrated, the fruit layered and expressive and the finish is long and memorable. Just get this thing in your glass, that's all we can say.
