Why do we love this wine?
This is refined, savoury and dangerously drinkable pinot from the cool-climate heartland of Victoria. Red cherry, plum and dark chocolate meet silky tannins and fine French oak in a wine that’s all charm, structure and smooth-talking style. It’s got all the good stuff, the tannins are soft, the palate’s silky, and there’s plenty of fruit weight to keep things humming. It’s elegant, complex and built to impress - whether you’re sipping solo or pulling corks for guests. Serve it straight out the bottle (liberally), and pair it with roast duck, mushroom risotto and a couple of your favourite people.
