Why do we love this wine?
Coal River Valley is a cool-climate wonderland and Riversdale Estate nails it with precision, personality, and pedigree. The Centaurus Pinot Noir is a barrel-select reserve with earthy power and pepperberry spice, made from just 5 of 118 barrels in 2022. The 2023 Estate Pinot Noir is gorgeously perfumed and tightly structured, with dark cherry, floral lift, and spicy oak integration. The wild card is 2025 Pinot Meunier, juicy, crunchy, and energetic, bursting with green strawberry, anise and wild berry brightness. Unfiltered, unfined, and unapologetically Tasmanian.
