3x LOU 2023 Skin Contact White
From old vine Semillon in Frankland River, this golden buttercup bombshell is all honeysuckle and sage with just the right amount of grip. Fermented wild, aged in stainless, and basically begging to be paired with fried chicken.
3x BOO 2023 Shiraz
Mt Barker-grown and full of attitude. Raspberry, cranberry and a whisper of roast dinner aromas, this one’s meaty, silky and quietly addictive. Just 30ppm SO₂, no fining or filtration. A wine for the long lunch crew.
3x QIN 2024 Pinot Noir
From Manjimup via an avocado farmer-turned-vineyard whisperer, this is light, bright and beautiful. Think rhubarb, violets and cranberries with a fine-boned structure that floats across the palate. Unfussed. Unfined. Unforgettable.
