Coonawarra — Australia
Coonawarra is an endless treasure trove, and we've just struck more gold. Shiraz at it's fresh, lively best. Abundantly fruited, smoooth drinking shiraz that's winning hearts. Reschke know their way around a good bottle of wine, and that doesn't just apply to their famed Coonawarra cabernets. Dark red fruits are complimented by red cherry, cranberry, with touches of allspice and pepper for a generous seasoning. It’s all you could ask for and more.

2x Sorby Adams The Reverend Canon Shiraz 2018
Red — Shiraz
Barossa Valley — Australia
This Barossa shiraz speaks of the powerful Barossa terroir and the master crafters who made it. It’s powerful and opulent, but maintains a certain grace that keeps everything in balance. There’s no surprises here with the flavour profile; an expression of blackberry, plum, chocolate, spices and cedar from the use of 30% new French oak. After five years cellar time, it’s drinking beautifully now, but has another decade of prime left in it for those patient types.
You’d pay $75 full price.

2x Haselgrove Cul Stor Shiraz Cabernets 2021
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
Multiple vintages of Haselgrove's Cul Stor shiraz blend have rushed into our warehouse and zoomed straight back out and to your front door faster than you can say ‘shiraz blended with cab sav and a splash of cab franc’. At its core, we have all the plush dark berries, plums and chocolatey goodness that you’d expect from Mclaren Vale. But the blend of cabernets is what lifts this drop way above entry level, firm tannins and a liveliness on the back palate provide wonderful length and serious structure; perfect to pair with your good old fashioned Sunday roast lamb with all the trimmings.
You’d pay $45 full price.

2x Pertaringa 'Belonging to the Hills' Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
The Pertaringa name is no stranger to the Aussie household. The iconic Hardy family are to wine what vegemite is to toast: a perfect match. So, to land this beauty from the hands of Bec Hardy is monumental for us, and we couldn't be more pleased. This is McLaren Shiraz through and through, with densely packed dark chocolate and fresh roasted coffee exploding on the nose. The palate follows through just as true, layered with preserved plums, dark forest berries and a lick of vanillin softness. There's one word for this wine, and it's awesome.
You’d pay $60 full price.

2x Kaesler Stonehorse Grenache 2017
Red — Grenache
Barossa Valley — Australia
If you haven't already caught on, Barossa has some seriously old vines (some of the world's oldest in fact). Those vines sit under the ownership of some equally old wineries, such as Kaesler. It sits perfectly in between medium and full-bodied, with black cherry, kirsch, cinammon and clove notes in plentiful supply. You could even give this a light chill to draw out the red fruited characters that make this wine so more-ish. Pleasure awaits in this glass.
You’d pay $25 full price.
