1x Barringwood Riesling 2022
White — Riesling
Tasmania — Australia
The palate is electric with citrus fruit, carried by razor-sharp acidity and rounded off with just a hint of phenolic texture for grip. This captures everything that defines Tasmania's cool-climate advantage - the purity, the finesse, the mineral-driven intensity that comes from pristine fruit grown in ideal conditions. It's elegantly structured and refreshingly dry, proving that Australian riesling can compete with the world's best when grown in the right place by the right hands. Dry, elegant and refreshingly pure, this is riesling that’s as classy as it is mouthwatering - perfect with fresh seafood, spicy Thai or simply chilled for a warm afternoon.

1x Chaffey Bros. Wine Co Salvis Gratia Semillon 2022
White — Semillon
Barossa — Australia
Barossans take their semillon very seriously. Whether it's grounded in merit or sheer interstate rivalry, Barossa locals will happily bad-mouth Hunter Valley semillon for (what feels like) hours. Now, we're not here to pass judgement on whether The Hunter or The Barossa make a better style of semillon but we are here to tell you what this all means. Basically, some of the greatest winemakers on Earth, devote a large amount of time, growing, making and thinking about Barossa semillon - and after one sip of this, you're gonna spend a lot of time thinking about it too. Fuller in body than it's NSW counterparts, this one is rich, flavoursome and downright dangerous come summer. We recommend you drink this cold, in the company of great friends and please, for us, take your time - enjoy this wine.

1x Wheeler Wines Electric Lines Chardonnay 2021
White — Chardonnay
Yarra Valley — Australia
The fruit gets a gentle press and wild ferment in old French barriques, followed by nine months resting on fine lees with a bit of bâtonnage. Some barrels go through malo, some don’t - but the balance is completely bang on. The nose is tight and chalky, with green apple, lemon peel and a hint of spice. On the palate, it's all flint, crunch and cream; white nectarine, savoury nuttiness, saline drive and a gently textural edge. It finishes long, dry and laced with minerality. Complex without being showy. Effortlessly classy. Drink it with seafood, a good cheese plate, or honestly, in your PJs on the couch. Your call.
You’d pay $35 full price.

1x Warner Vineyard Roussanne 2022
White — Roussanne
Beechworth — Australia
A 95 point rating from Halliday is no easy feat. Especially for some of the lesser-known varieties, like roussanne, so when a wine like this breaks the mould, we get very, very excited. Rich, textural - but completely alive with that natural Beechworth acidity! Brilliant. There’s a quiet revolution happening in Beechworth - and it smells like baked pear, honeysuckle and spice. roussanne’s having a moment, and this particular number is showing us why. From vines rooted deep in decomposed granite, this hand-picked beauty nails that beautiful balance between richness and zing. Think floral perfume and a clean line of acidity that keeps it fresh. The palate is dense, beeswaxy and long, with a gingery kick that hums right to the finish. This is white wine with substance - complex, generous, a little wild around the edges, and all the better for it. Beechworth winemakers are backing Roussanne for a reason. Taste this and you’ll get it.
You’d pay $30 full price.

1x Jericho Adelaide Hills Fiano 2024
White — Fiano
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Ask ten South Australian winemakers why they love fiano and you’ll get ten different answers. This winemaker's answer? Taste this wine. We had him on the phone for a solid ten minutes talking about the variety - its versatility in the vineyard, its magic in the winery, its charm young, and its grace with age. His enthusiasm is infectious, but the wine speaks louder. There’s texture and nuttiness from lees contact, all wrapped around the vibrant freshness of a cool ferment and time in tank. The result is a fiano that’s as refreshing as it is complex. Believe the hype.
