Why do we love this case?
Looking for something a little outside the usual? Fiano, Gewürztraminer and Grüner Veltliner bring the fun, with plenty of freshness, aromatics and personality. Then there’s Chenin Blanc, Vermentino and a vibrant SBS rounding things out with texture, zest and serious drinkability. From familiar territory to something a little more unexpected, this is white wine exploration at its most delicious — six bottles, plenty of discovery, and maybe a new favourite or two along the way.
1x Artis Gruner Veltliner 2025
White — Gruner Veltliner
Adelaide Hills — Australia
The most loved Adelaide Hills Grüner we've had in many years. A pretty big deal considering the region is quickly cementing their reputation as the premier location for grüner Veltliner production down under. It has all the hallmarks of a great grüner, slate, melon, apple blossom, citrus, zip, zap, yum! This is a no-brainer for Grüner lovers but it should also be the go-to wine for riesling lovers looking to explore, or even Chablis and Chenin lovers looking for a bit of a fun! Fun is actually a pretty great way to sum up this wine, from the first sip to the last, right down to the great looking, quirky label. This isn’t serious wine, it’s seriously good wine!

1x Moss Brothers Field of Dreams Chenin Blanc 2025
White — Chenin Blanc
Margaret River — Australia
The producers of this wine (Moss Brothers) have put a lot of thought in, so you don't have to. Chenin blanc is all about balance, and there is *a lot* to balance here: Subtle oak richness, slatey minerality and vibrant acidity, not to mention wonderful floral and citrus notes. But as we said, they've put all the thought in - you just enjoy yourself. This is a great example of letting the grape variety shine and it took some real care in the vineyard and the winery to accomplish. Picked in the cool of the early morning hours and rough racked to allow some high solids in suspension, the juice is separated with the majority placed in French oak to ferment and the rest kept to wild ferment on skins to bring an extra textural element. The result is a quintessential Margaret River chenin - floral nose with hints of citrus and tropical fruits and a complex textural palate boasting quince and stone fruit and fantastic length. There's a reason Margs is the home of Aussie chenin, just let them do what they do best.

1x Sorby Adams HandCrafted Fiano 2026
White — Fiano
Clare Valley — Australia
Fiano is Australia's new sweetheart - and for good reason! Initially brought over from Sicily this grape is BUILT for the Australian sun - both to grow, and drink, in! Aromatic, medium-bodied with zesty lime, fresh rock melon and green apple seamlessly combining with natural acidity and clean, savoury finish. It's the ultimate table white - you'd be hard pressed to find a food that this doesn't pair well with. This captures everything Fiano should be (Australian or otherwise) - citrusy granny smith apple character dominates while subtle pastry complexity adds another dimension. Aromatic and medium-bodied, with the aforementioned zesty lime and fresh rock melon join green apple flavours seamlessly combining with natural acidity and a clean, savoury finish. Pair with Sicilian-style food - prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, grilled sardines. Oh, and olives, just stuff as many olives in your mouth as you possibly can then have a sip of this bad-boy... heaven.

1x Boat O'Craigo Black Spur Gewurztraminer 2024
White — Gewurztraminer
Yarra Valley — Australia
This Healesville Gewürztraminer comes from a single vineyard at the foot of the Black Spur Range - read as: cool climate, alluvial soils, and exactly the kind of site that produces top-shelf aromatic fruit. Good stuff. Golden in the glass, with lychee, orange blossom and a touch of musk on the nose, crisp and floral on the palate with real texture behind it. Light, luscious and easy to fall for. Fun in the glass, even better with food - this one was built for Asian flavours, so don't hold back on the takeaway order.

1x Mitolo Wines Jester Vermentino 2025
White — Vermentino
McLaren Vale — Australia
Vermentino. The variety that Australian wine is just beginning to properly fall for - and McLaren Vale is proving to be the best place in the country for it. This one has personality in spades. Crisp and vibrant, with lemon curd, white stone fruit, apple, pear and a tropical pineapple lift that makes it immediately, irresistibly drinkable. Night-harvested fruit, cool fermentation, bottled fresh to capture every ounce of that delicate, aromatic character. Everything done to preserve the wine's natural energy and make sure what ends up in the glass tastes exactly like it should. A mineral flint quality and lacey sherbet acidity run underneath everything, with a subtle saline texture that keeps the finish mouthwatering and completely alive. This is the bottle for long lunches, warm evenings and any occasion that calls for something lively, fresh and a little bit unexpected. Seafood. Antipasto. Absolutely nothing at all. All excellent options. Grab a few.

1x Atticus SBS 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Margaret River — Australia
Lime, passionfruit and subtle herbals drive the palate, carried by crisp acidity that keeps everything sharp and refreshing. The sauvignon brings the aromatic pop while the semillon adds shape and a gentle waxy-ness. There is just enough texture to give it interest without slowing the pace. Focused, vibrant and incredibly easy to reach for, it nails the balance between zing and finesse.
