1x Pago Aylés Immortalis Albariño 2024
White — Albariño
Rias Baixas — Spain
Hand-harvested and carefully sorted to lock in intensity, this was wild-fermented in stainless steel and aged four months on lees with batonnage. That translates to a wine that’s not just fresh and zippy, but textured and complex too. Expect waves of citrus, white peach and green apple, lifted by floral aromatics and underpinned by a salty, mineral edge that screams of its Atlantic origins. The palate is crisp yet creamy, with a long finish that keeps you coming back. From 40-45 year-old vines in the Condado de Tea subzone of Rías Baixas, this Albariño brings serious energy to the glass. The vineyard sits at 300m, on granitic and slate soils, with big swings between day and night temps - perfect conditions for fruit that’s both ripe and razor-sharp. Yields were low in this vintage, which means flavour concentration is dialled right up. This is Albariño made for seafood - oysters, prawns, grilled fish, you name it. Drink it now for its vibrant fruit and saline crunch, or let it evolve over the next few years if you like your whites with more depth

1x Brokenwood Soil Selection Semillon 2024
White — Semillon
Hunter Valley — Australia
Nowhere else in the world makes semillon quite like the Hunter Valley. And no one in the Hunter does it better than Brokenwood - yet another vintage for the history books! Halliday Wine Companion said, "it stands out as one of the region's best buys", we think that's harsh if anything! The 2024 comes from hand-picked Pokolbin fruit, fermented cold in stainless. Pure, focused sem the way it's meant to be enjoyed. There's serious concentration and flavour punch. Drink it young and it's all freshness and zing – brilliant with prawns or anything from the ocean. Stash some away though, and in a few years you'll be rewarded with complexity, depth and those honeyed, toasty characters that make aged Hunter sem such a weapon. Still one of the smartest white wine buys going around.

1x Sorby Adams HandCrafted Fiano 2025
White — Fiano
Clare Valley — Australia
Fiano is Australia's new sweetheart - and for good reason! Initially brought over from Sicily this grape is BUILT for the Australian sun - both to grow, and drink, in! Aromatic, medium-bodied with zesty lime, fresh rock melon and green apple seamlessly combining with natural acidity and clean, savoury finish. It's the ultimate table white - you'd be hard pressed to find a food that this doesn't pair well with. This Captures everything fiano should be (Australian or otherwise) - citrusy granny smith apple character dominates while subtle pastry complexity adds another dimension. Aromatic and medium-bodied, with the aforementioned zesty lime and fresh rock melon join green apple flavours seamlessly combining with natural acidity and a clean, savoury finish. Pair with Sicilian-style food - prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, grilled sardines. Oh, and olives, just stuff as many olives in your mouth as you possibly can then have a sip of this bad-boy... heaven.

1x Hewitson Lulu Blanc 2024
White — White Blend
Barossa — Australia
Your new favourite summer smasher is here... and it's got some serious pedigree! From one of the most respected producers in the Barossa off one the oldest muscat blanc vines in the country (not to be confused with sticky wines called 'muscat') - this is a dry, bright, light, zippy wine that's as refreshing as it is alluring! This one’s built on some seriously old bones. We’re talking 95% Barossa muscat blanc à petits grains from vines pushing 170 years (yep, oldest in the country), with a splash of sauvignon blanc (5%) thrown in to dial up the aromatics. Old vines, young attitude - this is all about drinking it fresh and lively. The nose keeps things clean and subtle: soft yellow fruits, a flick of grassiness and just enough intrigue to pull you in. Then the palate kicks on. Zippy lemon and lime lead the charge, backed by hints of pineapple, ginger and a gentle tropical whisper. The acidity is crisp and refreshing, keeping everything tight, juicy and dangerously easy to drink. Youthful, vibrant and bursting with flavour - proof that even 170-year-old vines can still party.

1x Atticus SBS 2025
White — SBS
Margaret River — Australia
Lime, passionfruit and subtle herbals drive the palate, carried by crisp acidity that keeps everything sharp and refreshing. The sauvignon brings the aromatic pop while the semillon adds shape and a gentle waxy-ness. There is just enough texture to give it interest without slowing the pace. Focused, vibrant and incredibly easy to reach for, it nails the balance between zing and finesse.
