Why do we love this case?

Here's the deal, 11 great bottles of red, along with one heavy-hitting, exceptional drop to rule them all.

Get excited for a true BOSS - an exceptional shiraz worth $320 (that previous vintages have seen double 97pt winning and Five Stars, this one is still waiting it's awards!) - and 11 other awesome shiraz & cabernet to keep you satisfied. This isn't like any other boss (unless you know a boss who overdelivers and is the life of the party). There’s no catch, just very good deals made in good faith with some of Australia’s best wineries. Keep this one on the down low, and enjoy the rewards that await you in the box.

Included in this case:

1x Chateau Yaldara 1847 Grand Pappy's Shiraz 2020

Red — Shiraz

Barossa Valley — Australia

We all know the Barossa, and likely this icon of a wine, but do we really know it’s history? Introducing to you pioneers of this famed region, with this winery established over 170 yThey show no mercy when it comes to staying true to the region: meaty, bold, and focused reds with a whole lot of character. You know what we’re talking about: eye-catching hues of purple, soft and silky tannins, and more plummy goodness than you can poke a stick at. There’s cherry and rhubarb sure, but we’re talking unapologetic notes of chocolate, toasty oak and handfuls of freshly cracked pepper. It’s a showstopper, and built to impress even the most discerning of critics.

You’d pay $320 full price.

Big and round. Imposing and broad on the palate. This is wine that celebrates the quintessentially Aussie style in it's bold approach. Blueberries and plums lead out, bramble, nettle, blackberry seeds mark the finish. There is classic chocolate and spice, coupled with some oak sweetness in the mix as well. This is a wine for bold flavours -it'll do wonderfully side-by-side with a takeaway pizza from your local spot.

2x Fox Gordon 'Eight Uncles' Shiraz 2018

Red — Shiraz

Adelaide Hills — Australia

This shiraz is brimming with bright, jubey fruit notes underscored by star anise and fennel savouriness. Supple and smooth, indulgent and opulent. Lashings of vanilla and raspberry coulis, cocoa and coffee; this sit's squarely in your 'easy going' category, but there's nothing simple or one dimensional about it - there's plenty on offer for anyone who wants to dive in.

You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Irvine Spring Hill Shiraz 2021

Red — Shiraz

Barossa — Australia

Irvine are getting to be a favourite of ours, with firmly fruited reds. Their Spring Hill range is ridiculous good value and we’re glad to have gotten our hands on some of the shiraz from the cracking 2021 vintage. Although it’s their “entry level” range, this wine still sees a year in French oak and is already walking and talking Barossa shiraz. Dark cherry, vanilla and cocoa bound from the glass, then comes the full body, laden with fruit and spice.  Chewy tannins add to the structure and the finish is full of puckering plums.

You’d pay $27 full price.

Coonawarra — Australia

On the nose, expect enticing aromas of ripe black fruits, intermingled with hints of cocoa and subtle spices, alluding to the rich story woven into every sip.
