1x Hewitson Cask 66 Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
From one of our favourite Barossa producers, who have brought us multiple 98 and 99 pointed drops before, comes this incredible special release shiraz that will continue to improve for the next 20 years. Careful maturation in specially selected highest-grade French oak, followed by barrel selection of the finest juice, has helped craft this unparalleled expression of the country's top grape/region combination. Compellingly complex, the nose shows rich, ripe plums and bramble fruit with black cherries. Supporting is an excellent intermingling of charcuterie, black olives, cocoa and liquorice. The palate is simultaneously refined and powerful, with beautifully ripe tannins and a clean line of acidity supporting an incredibly long finish. This is premium Barossa at it's absolute best.

1x Mino & Co Wines Little William Heathcote Shiraz 2017
Red — Shiraz
Heathcote — Australia
This is Heathcote shiraz in trademark style - bold yet refined, powerful yet balanced. Perfect for anyone who loves their reds smooth, textural, and ready to impress at the table. Extremely regional, Heathcote fans should NOT let this one pass them by. Heathcote has long been a benchmark for shiraz in Australia, and this single-vineyard release captures everything the region does best - with the added bonus of a little age to smooth out the edges. Perfumed and layered, the nose runs from red and black fruits to floral lift, ripe briar, and savoury hints of tar and gunflint. The palate is seamless, rich without being heavy, carrying pristine fruit through a frame of tightly woven tannins. Five-plus years in bottle have softened and integrated everything, making it plush, silky, and a joy to drink right now.
You’d pay $50 full price.

2x Hollick Red Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
Estate fruit from the famed Hollick vineyards in Coonawarra, this is cab sauv like Aussies know and love. Certainly, a little bit of age behind this number has helped to fill out the mid palate, making it rich and dense with threads of fennel and mint throughout. It's very hard not to enjoy this wine- and we're speaking from experience.
You’d pay $35 full price.

2x Merite Malbec 2022
Red — Malbec
Wrattonbully — Australia
This is a really big deal - 95 points from Halliday Wine Companion for an Australian Malbec is extraordinary - although not unexpected. Boysenberry, wild raspberry and prune plums reveal themselves slowly, backed by cardamom and dark chocolate spice. Deceptive in its exotic persona but built with serious structure to go the distance. Halliday describes it perfectly: "You need to peer into the depth of this wine to slowly unveil it." A swift decant helps reveal the complexity hiding within. Boysenberry, wild raspberry and prune plums provide the fruit foundation, while a plethora of spice adds intrigue. There's a snap of dark chocolate weaving through violet aromatics with mahogany, leather and cigar box nuances. A second sip will reveal even more layers: wild raspberry, red cherry and blackcurrant backed by hibiscus florals, minerality, and earthy complexity. The palate delivers perky acidity and dusty, well-integrated tannins with a sappy, raspberry lolly character that keeps drawing you back. In short: we're obsessed.
You’d pay $30 full price.

2x Devitt & Moore Sunderland Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Limestone Coast — Australia
South Australian shiraz is known the world over for a reason - and this beauty from the Limestone Coast's famed terra rossa soils proves exactly why. Rich, decadent, chocolatey, and oh-so-moreish, this is personality bottled and ready to charm your socks off. This luscious shiraz is all about character: A little bit spicy, with chewy tannins and a supple, fruit-driven body that flows like liquid velvet across your palate. It's hard to pick out anything not to like about this belter - it's simply built for pure enjoyment. Coonawarra's legendary clay soils deliver fruit with depth and complexity and collectors pay serious money for the region's top bottles, but this beauty brings all that terroir magic at a price that makes perfect sense. This is South Australian shiraz doing what it does best: being irresistibly delicious, completely satisfying, and absolutely impossible to put down.
