1x Laurent Godard Mannaz Brut
Sparkling — Champagne
Champagne — France
Laurent Godard speaks of his family as a clan. His great-grandparents met by chance, fell in love and bought a small plot of land in 1920. This was planted to vines shortly thereafter with the family’s vineyard holdings expanding slightly with each subsequent generation. Laurent himself took over the vineyards in the 1980s and has been focused on producing exceptional Champagne since then.
Mannaz is an homage to his clan and serves as their house cuvée. It is a blend of 34% pinot meunier, 24% chardonnay and 20% pinot noir. About a fifth of the blend is drawn from reserve wines to keep the house style consistent every year. This is a fuller style of brut with baked apples, figs and honey on the nose. The savoury backbone lends well to pairing with earthy dishes such as mushrooms and duck.
You’d pay $90 full price.

1x Aula Cava Brut Nature Reserva NV
Sparkling — Cava
Cava — Spain
Blanc de Blancs style, traditional method, 46 months on lees. That’s the best thing about Cava: there’s all of Champagne’s joys, and none of the pricetag. This may be a brut style (meaning little to no residual sugar) but the fruit shines bright as a summer’s day. Peach, lemon curd, green pear and hay all mingle fantastically on the palate, with a fine bead making you feel oh so elegant. Elegant you are Mofo, and savvy- because with this glass of bubbles in hand, you’ll feel like a winner.

1x D'Sas Prosecco 2021
Sparkling — Prosecco
King Valley — Australia
King Valley can turn out a fantastic prosecco. Maybe it’s the high altitude or deep Italian roots, either way the results are great. D’Sas is one of the best in the business for this style. Previous vintages have got the nod from Tyson Stelzer as best prosecco out of Aus and we think this vintage is no exception. Freshly cut green apples with a touch of creaminess to round out the refreshingly dry palate. This is the ultimate park vino. Add friends and Aperol, or just fly solo, you’ll be very popular after you pop this bottle.
You’d pay $32 full price.

1x The Lane Lois Blanc de Blancs NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Adelaide Hills — Australia
From the rich plantings of Chardonnay in the Adelaide hills was born this Blanc de Blancs style, one that has become like family to our producer over the years. Its extreme crispness is harmoniously lifted by citrus blossom and toasted brioche notes. Almost too good to pass up as an aperitif, but with enough prowess to stand up to some light hors d’oeuvres (we definitely had to look that spelling up, we’re not really that fancy). The point is, this wine is incredibly fresh, and dangerously more-ish. Let us introduce you to your new must-have party guest.
You’d pay $25 full price.
