2x Barringwood Tasmania Cuvee NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Tasmania — Australia
Citrus and green apple lead the charge, carried by a fine bead that keeps everything lively. The cool climate brings a firm, refreshing spine, giving the wine lift and precision. A touch of lees-derived brioche adds quiet complexity without clouding the fruit. Dry, focused and elegantly restrained, it shows the clarity and tension that make Tasmanian sparkling so compelling.
You’d pay $50 full price.

2x Twin Valleys Blanc de Blancs NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
King Valley — Australia
Blanc de Blanc is just a fancy way of saying your sparkling wine is made purely from white grapes. And there's no better white grape for bubbles than chardonnay. Twin Valleys sourced chardonnay from a single vineyard in Moyhu, a gorgeous little spot in the King Valley that always delivers the goods. This is elegant and engaging, offering up green apple, jasmine and waves of citrus. But don't look past the mouthfeel, starting with a very fine bead and rolling into a creamy palate and lingering vibrancy from the citrusy acid.
You’d pay $35 full price.

2x Lambrook Estate 'Spark' Sparkling 2024
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Adelaide Hills — Australia
A 'blush' sparkling white made from pinot noir, or 'Blanc de Noir' as the French call it, the Lambrook 'Spark' Sparkling is getting parties started with something genuinely different. Loaded with interest - extra body here elevates aperitif drinking. Creamy texture lights things up. The perfect pairing for canapés with red currant, red apple, rhubarb zippy acid flowing neatly. Gentle blood orange, blackcurrant and a dark cherry flicker adding depth. A drying finish - no problems draining glass in quick time. Drink : Now - 2029
You’d pay $30 full price.

Tasting Notes
2x Antonio's Vn' Autentico Prosecco 2025
Sparkling — Prosecco
Central Ranges — Australia
There's a succinct beauty to this wine's deliberate simplicity. Just the good stuff, no fluff. Lively, flavoursome, bright and fresh - it's everything you want in an easy-drink prosecco, and nothing you don't. A case of this can only make your cellar stronger. Bright, light and with a fine beaded spritz, this is as fresh as they come. The nose is a proverbial citrus garden with lemon sorbet, white peach, guava and a hint of freshly cut herbs. There’s a creamy mousse on the palate that dances with sherbet fizz, tropical fruit and honeydew. It’s dry (brut-style) but beautifully balanced, with just enough sweetness to soften the zip of crisp acidity. Made with minimal intervention to let the fruit do the talking and let's just say and it’s definitely talking. Whether you're clinking glasses over a couple of canapés or kicking back on a sunny afternoon, Antonio's nailed it.
You’d pay $28 full price.

Pinot noir, chardonnay, pinot meunier - these three have been the base grapes for the greatest Champagnes in the world for centuries - the blend is a proven winner, and this is absolutely no diversion from the norm.
