2x Giusti Rosalia Prosecco DOC NV
Sparkling — Prosecco
Prosecco DOC — Italy
Listen up, you sparkling fiends. This prosecco won gold at the Prosecco Masters in London. That’s right, the Prosecco Masters. Sounds impressive, right? I like to imagine the event much like the Olympics, but for wine, which makes this Prosecco the Usain Bolt of the bubbles world. Hailing straight outta Italy, this beauty has been hand-crafted with the best Glera grapes born and raised in the Veneto region, making it a floral delight jam packed with golden apple, lemon and a whisper of wisteria. How magical.

Grown in the prosecco heartland of Australia, the King Valley - bottle demonstrates with style and enthusiasm why prosecco is everyone’s go-to sparkling wine at the moment.

2x Twin Valleys Sparkling White 2023
Sparkling — Sparkling White
King Valley — Australia
Only one of the 'Twin' valleys comes into play here with pinot and chardy being sourced from several vineyards in the King Valley. The cool nights along the river make for slow subtle ripening, exactly what we're after in grapes destined for the bubbly. Red apple, strawberry and earthiness are derived from the pinot component, whilst the chardy imparts flavours of fig, citrus and brioche to the wine. But don't get lost in the details, just pop the cork and enjoy a glass.
You’d pay $30 full price.

2x Tomich Hill Blanc de Noirs NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Don't get it wrong, this isn't your everyday sparkling rosé. 'Blanc de Noir' directly translates to 'black from white' - essentially this red-hot producer has created a classic sparkling white, uses 100% pinot noir grapes. It's something that has been going on in Champagne for centuries and the results can be breathtaking. It pours pale with a golden blush, and send strawberries, cherries and citrus dancing across your palate. Full of life, full of flavour, and seriously sessionable. Pair it with prosciutto, salami or a gooey triple cream brie and you’re golden. Serve it cold, pour it generously, and let the good times roll.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Antonio's Vn' Autentico Prosecco 2024
Sparkling — Prosecco
Central Ranges — Australia
There's a succinct beauty to this wine's deliberate simplicity. Just the good stuff, no fluff. Lively, flavoursome, bright and fresh - it's everything you want in an easy-drink prosecco, and nothing you don't. A case of this can only make your cellar stronger. Bright, light and with a fine beaded spritz, this is as fresh as they come. The nose is a proverbial citrus garden with lemon sorbet, white peach, guava and a hint of freshly cut herbs. There’s a creamy mousse on the palate that dances with sherbet fizz, tropical fruit and honeydew. It’s dry (brut-style) but beautifully balanced, with just enough sweetness to soften the zip of crisp acidity. Made with minimal intervention to let the fruit do the talking and let's just say and it’s definitely talking. Whether you're clinking glasses over a couple of canapés or kicking back on a sunny afternoon, Antonio's nailed it.
