Why do we love this case?
Six whites. Ninety-nine bucks. Yep, we did the maths twice too.
This case is stacked with bright, flavour-packed bottles that punch well above their weight — from the zippy citrus snap of Polish Hill River Riesling to smooth, easy-going Chardonnay, plus a few curveballs to keep things interesting like Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Gris and an aromatic white blend.
These are the kinds of wines that make weeknight dinners better, sunny afternoons longer, and the fridge look a whole lot more inviting. And when the RRPs start adding up… well, let’s just say this one feels a little bit naughty.
Six bottles. $99. White wine lovers, you know what to do. 🥂

1x Monarca Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Alpine & King Valleys — Australia
The King and Alpine Valleys are among Australia's finest spots for pinot gris, and this one nails exactly what the variety should be in this country. You're getting texture and freshness working together beautifully - pear and melon richness rather than sharp citrus, with enough weight to handle roast chook, risotto or whatever you're throwing at it. Ripe pear and honeydew dominate, with a subtle spice note and creamy texture that gives it real presence in the glass. There's freshness keeping everything lifted, but it's got enough weight and richness to handle a good feed. The finish is clean and moreish - not bone dry, not sweet, just sitting in that spot where you reach for another glass without thinking about it. At this price, it's not just good value, it's genuinely delicious drinking and it's ticking all the gris boxes. Great stuff.

White — Gruner Veltliner
Tumbarumba — Australia
If you’re looking to mix things up from the usual sav blanc or riesling, grüner veltliner is your new go-to. Zippy, crisp, spicy and dangerously drinkable, this Tumbarumba-grown grüner is bursting with lemon, apricot and minerality. Dry and light-bodied with a clean, snappy finish, it's the most refreshing thing you'll put in your mouth all week.

1x Angove Family Winemakers Classic Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
South Australia — Australia
On the nose you’ll find ripe peach, nectarine and a bit of grilled pineapple, with vanilla and a gentle toastiness drifting in behind. It smells generous because it is. The palate leans into that generosity - white stone fruit and those tropical notes backed up by a creamy, cashew-like richness. A touch of French oak adds spice and texture, but it’s nicely judged, keeping things plush without turning too heavy or oily. There’s enough freshness running through it to stop it feeling over the top, and the finish lingers with a soft, buttery feeling staynig with you. This is crowd-pleasing chardonnay done right. Roast chicken, creamy pasta, pumpkin risotto - it’ll handle the lot. Drink it now while it’s super juicy and expressive, or give it a couple of years to become a more savoury, richer profile.
You’d pay $26 full price.

1x Hewitson Lulu Blanc 2024
White — White Blend
Barossa — Australia
Your new favourite summer smasher is here... and it's got some serious pedigree! From one of the most respected producers in the Barossa off one the oldest muscat blanc vines in the country (not to be confused with sticky wines called 'muscat') - this is a dry, bright, light, zippy wine that's as refreshing as it is alluring! This one’s built on some seriously old bones. We’re talking 95% Barossa muscat blanc à petits grains from vines pushing 170 years (yep, oldest in the country), with a splash of sauvignon blanc (5%) thrown in to dial up the aromatics. Old vines, young attitude - this is all about drinking it fresh and lively. The nose keeps things clean and subtle: soft yellow fruits, a flick of grassiness and just enough intrigue to pull you in. Then the palate kicks on. Zippy lemon and lime lead the charge, backed by hints of pineapple, ginger and a gentle tropical whisper. The acidity is crisp and refreshing, keeping everything tight, juicy and dangerously easy to drink. Youthful, vibrant and bursting with flavour - proof that even 170-year-old vines can still party.
You’d pay $30 full price.

1x School House Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Padthaway — Australia
Remember when Australian chardonnay was rich, buttery and completely unapologetic about it? Well this producer certainly hasn't forgotten, and this wine is a statement to that effect. Fantasticly rich, bold and buttery. How it used to be. How it should be. Full, generous and gloriously old-school - stone fruit, caramel, vanilla oak and a buttery creaminess that coats the palate in all the right ways. There's a citrus lift and fine acidity keeping it honest, but make no mistake: this wine is here to deliver pleasure, not make a statement about terroir or restraint. Sometimes that's exactly what you need in a glass. And this delivers it beautifully.
You’d pay $45 full price.
