2x House of Hahndorf Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Adelaide Hills — Australia
When we see the name Hahndorf, one thing pops straight into our thirsty little minds - sauvignon blanc… and GOOD sauv blanc too! This wine shows us exactly why the Adelaide Hills owns this variety in Australia like nobody else. Picture this: fruit from those rolling, cool-as-anything hills, fermented low and slow to lock in every last drop of freshness. The nose bursts with mango, guava and a flick of lime leaf - basically a tropical holiday in a glass, minus the sunburn. Take a sip and boom: bright, zippy, ultra-refreshing acidity drives the whole thing from start to finish. It’s crisp, clean, mouthwatering and absolutely ready to drink this summer. In short: Adelaide Hills sauv blanc done right - vibrant, aromatic and dangerously easy to love.

2x Metricup Hills Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Margaret River — Australia
A wonderful example of why Margaret River's undercover hero - sauvignon blanc - can hold its own with the best in the country: dry, tropical, grassy and wildly refreshing. When we stick our hands in an esky, we're always hoping they come out holding a bottle of this. Here's our breakdown of this summer delight: The nose is all about fresh tropical fruit, peach and lemon bringing those warm-weather vibes. Bright, inviting, and exactly what you want to smell after (or during) a long day in the sun. The palate delivers crisp, concentrated lemon and lime with a refreshingly crunchy green apple acidity that provides proper balance and length. It's zippy without being sharp, refreshing without being boring, and the kind of wine that disappears from the bottle faster than you planned - it's just so damn easy to drink.
You’d pay $32 full price.

2x Byron & Harold Rags to Riches Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Margaret River — Australia
Straight up, it’s all about clarity and freshness. Citrus leads the charge - lemon, lime and grapefruit - with white stone fruit sitting quietly in the wings. There’s a gentle tropical note, but it’s dialled right back. No fruit salad here. Instead, you get minerality, zip and refreshment! This one's crisp, clean and feels completely effortless. Bright acidity gives it real snap, the finish is clean and mouthwatering, and suddenly you’re reaching for another glass without thinking twice. This is the kind of wine that earns its keep. Perfect on a hot day, even better with food - seafood, salads, spicy bits, roast chook, you name it. Chuck it in the esky, pull it out whenever the sun’s up, and don’t overthink it.
You’d pay $32 full price.

2x Stanley Estate StanRock Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough — New Zealand
Regionally and stylistically perfect. Crisp, zesty and about as refreshing as wine gets. This is everything you expect from a Marlborough sauv - but taken up a gear. A complete essential. A super aromatic wine, tropical fruit and grassy notes leap out of the glass but the palate is where the real action is. Zesty grapefruit, passionfruit, gooseberries balanced by a gorgeous grassiness and vibrant acidity. This is what NZ sauvignon blanc is all about, clean, crisp, fresh and dry. Wonderfully done.

2x Mont St Lunara Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Alpine & King Valleys — Australia
From the cool, elevated slopes of Victoria’s King Valley comes a white that captures the region’s signature freshness. Light green in the glass, it opens with a bouquet of lime and lemon blossom before ripe gooseberry and subtle herbaceous notes take centre stage. The palate is crisp and lively, with that hallmark sorbet-like natural acidity bringing balance and lift to the ripe fruit. It’s the kind of wine that’s equally at home poolside, at a long lunch, or alongside fresh seafood and summer salads. A bright, zesty taste of King Valley cool-climate charm.
You’d pay $27 full price.

2x Common Ground Sauvignon Blanc 2024
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Coonawarra — Australia
Coonawarra might be known for age-worthy reds, but it is criminally overlooked when it comes to spritely whites such like this. Clean, dry, crisp and as refreshing as a plunge pool dip in Darwin. A wine to be shared and enjoyed, guilt free. Why do we think Coonawarra whites are underrated? Because with all that even growing temperature and well-documented terroir, whites such as sauvignon blanc show not only typicity, but vibrant acidity, and a restrained, sophisticated edge. Leaning on the edge of tropical with green pineapple, green apple, feijoa and lime pith - this is as fresh and unique as they come. The type of wine that turns a BBQ into a party.
You’d pay $25 full price.
