2x Reschke Bull Trader Sauvignon Blanc 2024
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Coonawarra — Australia
Introducing: the sauv blanc you never knew you could love so much. A little textural, slightly mineral, and completely refreshing. Halliday Wine Companion doesn't go throwing out 95pts to sauvignon blancs every day. This is something special. Coonawarra sauv blanc? Is that a thing? Turns out it is and it should be. Coonawarra is technically a cool climate region, allowing for slower ripening and development of flavour. That’s pretty damn perfect for sauv blanc. This is super fragrant with lemon, lime and white peach. There’s passionfruit and nectarine on the palate with a bit of texture and crisp acidity to finish. It’s savvy b' through and through, we guarantee a good time with this on the table.
