2x Metricup Hills Estate Rosé 2025

Rosé

Margaret River — Australia

Red berries and ruby grapefruit set the tone, carried by brisk acidity that keeps the palate tight and refreshing. The texture sits in that sweet middle ground, soft enough to glide but lean enough to stay crisp. A gentle savoury thread runs underneath, adding detail and keeping the finish dry. Bright, focused and effortlessly drinkable, it brings clarity and balance from start to finish.

2x Mitolo Wines Jester Rosé 2025

Rosé

McLaren Vale — Australia

This lot just make good rosé, it's a fact. How can a wine so dry be so refreshing? A light bodied rosé built around flavours of fresh strawberries and raspberries with a soft mineral acidity and a crisp, mouthwatering finish. A wine that's completely at home in an esky - that's what Aussie summers are all about. Share this one with as many people as you can. Best paired with good company, sunny weather and a big cheesy grin. This is the kind of wine you drink during the day, it's practically begging to be taken to the park and guzzled in sun. These are the ones that tend to disappear a lot quicker than you expect, don't get caught short.

You'd pay $25 full price.

2x Mont St Lunara Rosé 2025

Rosé

Alpine & King Valleys — Australia

Elegant, bright and ready to transform any old Saturday arvo into the best picnic party you've ever had. This isn't solely about refreshment, it's about unadulterated enjoyment. Forgive the cliché, but this one really is 'sunshine in a glass'. Crisp, dry, fresh and a whole lotta fun! There's complexity and depth - if you're looking for it. There's also a glass of wonderfully coloured and beautifully balanced pink drink on hand - if that's more your style. This one toes the line between crisp and flavoursome in a way that most rosés could only dream of. Bright red fruit, enduring acid and a subtle texture that'll turn that pear and parmesan salad into a whole new experience. Honestly, we can say whatever we want but you really need to just get this into a glass, paper cup, mug... even straight out of the bottle if you like - it's your wine, enjoy it however you want!

You'd pay $25 full price.

Strawberry, raspberry and a hint of watermelon lead the charge, supported by crisp acidity that keeps the palate clean and lively. 2x Oxbow Rosé 2024

Rosé

Adelaide Hills — Australia

This gorgeous thing only has one problem - it's impossible to put down. To call it 'moreish' would be a disservice to both the wine and the english language itself. It's completely irresistible. Subtle tinges of white strawberry, white peach and nectarine give it a good go, but it's really all about that gorgeous refreshing acid, and crisp, dry finish. This isn't just any old winemaker, this is one of the best game, one of the legends, genuinely one of the greatest winemakers in Australia. We’re talking some premo Adelaide Hills fruit here, not something that comes along cheap. And then add the finess that it sees in the winery, it’s almost mind boggling what you’ll pick this wine up for. The tangy acidity always keeping things fresh, fun, and playful. After all, if you’re not having fun with rosé in hand then are you really having fun?

You'd pay $24 full price.

Frequently Asked Questions

This mixed lineup spans the entire rosé spectrum, from bright fruit-forward styles perfect for casual sipping to bone-dry, mineral-driven expressions that pair beautifully with food. The variety means you'll have the right pink wine whether you're hosting a summer barbecue, enjoying a quiet dinner, or celebrating with friends. Each bottle offers a different interpretation of rosé winemaking, showcasing how this versatile style can adapt to any moment.

Rosé wines are best served well-chilled at 8-10°C to highlight their fresh acidity and delicate fruit flavours. Store them in a cool, dark place and consume within 2-3 years of vintage for optimal freshness, though some of the more structured examples in this collection may develop interesting complexity with a bit more time. The light-bodied nature of these wines means they're particularly refreshing when properly chilled and benefit from being opened just before serving.

The diverse flavour profile spanning from strawberry and raspberry to minerally and spicy notes makes this collection incredibly food-friendly. The fruitier styles complement seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes, while the drier, more mineral expressions pair excellently with grilled vegetables, charcuterie, and even light red meat dishes. The creamy and spice elements in some bottles make them particularly suited to Mediterranean cuisine and dishes with herbs like rosemary or thyme.

This collection features an impressive mix of both iconic and boutique producers, including several Five Star Halliday rated wineries and staff favourites. The combination of established names and small-batch producers means you're getting both reliability and discovery in one package. Many of these are from boutique wineries that focus on quality over quantity, offering unique expressions that showcase the winemaker's individual style and terroir.

Rosé production methods create distinctly different wine styles, from the pale, delicate wines made through brief skin contact to deeper-hued versions with more structure and complexity. The taste notes ranging from rose petal and citrus to wild berries and almond indicate different grape varieties and winemaking approaches represented here. Some will be crisp and mineral-driven, others more rounded and creamy, giving you a comprehensive education in how diverse and sophisticated rosé can be.
