2x Wills Domain Mystic Spring Rosé 2022
Rosé
Margaret River — Australia
Super classic: red fruit leads into a bit of broad, pithy grapefruit acidity on the mid palate, and the finish fans out and softens into a creamy, juicy plushness. It's impossible not to start eyeing off comparisons to Provence rosé here, and not only does it stack up, in many instances it outpaces it's French contemporaries - seriously good booze.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Alkoomi Wines Black Label Rosé 2022
Rosé
Frankland River — Australia
Intense and complex with bright, bristly acid. Classic strawberries and cream with a vein of spice running throughout. This is so interesting and indulgent. Mixed berries, red cherry, strawberry and fresh yoghurt framed by punchy, peppy acidity. That acid drives the wine through the long, enduring, detailed finish. This is rosé with a little something extra – serious business to be sure
You’d pay $32 full price.

2x Knee Deep Estate Rosé 2023
Rosé
Margaret River — Australia
Complex, classically crisp and with a hue that manages to look like bottled romance, this 2023 rose is as graceful as they come. The Knee Deep Estate family - who have been serving up vibrant varietal wines for over two decades now - reckon clean fruit picked at optimum ripeness is the secret to this scintillating drop, and we're pretty inclined to agree. Speaking of fruit, it's all but bursting with cherry and raspberry alongside a dash of white pepper that adds a hint of spice to build a balanced palate. In the wine making process a portion of this juice was moved into old barrels for fermentation with the result being a rare complexity that will have you penning love letters (to the delight of your beau) or reciting poetry (to the horror of your friends). Perfectly paired with a fresh salad or a warm sunset.
You’d pay $25 full price.
