Speaking of fruit, it's all but bursting with cherry and raspberry alongside a dash of white pepper that adds a hint of spice to build a balanced palate. In the wine making process a portion of this juice was moved into old barrels for fermentation with the result being a rare complexity that will have you penning love letters (to the delight of your beau) or reciting poetry (to the horror of your friends). Perfectly paired with a fresh salad or a warm sunset.
