2x Twin Valleys Rosé 2023
Rosé
King Valley — Australia
If we had it our way, we would all drink rosé every day. Luckily, it’s a pretty versatile variety, here represented as a light and bright style. Classically pale salmon in colour, it dazzles in the glass. No need to just eat with your eyes, the palate not only delivers on the promise of the aesthetic, but bests it. Sour cherry, strawberry and a hint of herbaceous character: this is utterly enticing at every turn - seriously delicious juice.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Domaine De La Madone Beaujolais Villages Rosé 2022
Rosé
Beaujolais — France
There’s so much fun to be had in this gem of rosé. Expectedly dry and crisp but with an exciting Beaujolais-ness. It smells of candied strawberry, sandalwood and delicate soft spices. The vineyards grow some of the best gamay in the rolling hills and at a high altitude - even higher than the famous Brouilly cru. With slightly cooler nights, the fruit flavour stays delicate, ideally suited to a pretty, racy style of rosé. But, you know what’s even cooler? You won’t find another Beaujolais rosé this good - because we searched, and we’ve caught it.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Ulithorne Epoch Rosé 2022
Rosé
McLaren Vale — Australia
This 100% mourvèdre rosé is specifically sourced from Blewitt Springs, a highly sought after sub-region of McLaren Vale renowned for high quality fruit. Lees stirring in older french oak barrels throughout the cool fermentation brings added complexity and a depth of flavour which is a constant in every wine from the Mofo fave producer Ulithorne. Look out for fresh herbaceous notes on the bouquet, gorgeous redcurrant and fresh strawberries over the palate, and a long, lively finish.
You’d pay $50 full price.

2x Olivares Rosado 2022
Rosé
Jumilla — Spain
This is a bit of a gateway drug into the world of rosé - with a touch more colour and a heap more flavour than their neighbours to the north. For wine lovers who have got a bit more imbibing experience, it’s likely a fixture of parties and BBQs - times when you will need a few bottles and value is necessary. This is a great example of how grenache sings in rosé, on the table with food or simply in the glass. Beautifully crisp and refreshing, it’s like a dive into a cool pool on a hot day. Only, instead of pool toys, you have strawberries, raspberries and a zesty hint of orange peel to keep things fun and fruity. Keep it chilled and ready to go at a moment’s notice.
You’d pay $25 full price.
