Why do we love this case?
Life’s prettier in pink mofos. Whatever the weather and wherever you are, there’s nothing that’ll make you feel on holiday quite like a bottle of rosé. This delicately-hued collection of deliciousness offers the whole spectrum of pink drinking. From fruity and fresh to the chalky-dry food-friendly, there’s no better way to fill the fridge than this wicked mix!
Each case contains TWO bottles of each:
2x Domaine Gayda La Minuette Rosé 2021
Rosé
France — France
Don’t waste another minuette, it’s time for some rosé! Calling the limestone terroir of La Livinière its home, winery Domaine Gayda has followed the practises of organic farming and exemplifies estate values where wines are rooted in tradition. Made from 60% mourvèdre, 15% syrah, 15% grenache grapes and 10% cinsault, this rosé is elegant, fresh and floral. With a beautiful complexity of melon, white raspberry and strawberry, this wine will be even more mouthwatering when paired with fresh seafood.
You’d pay $40 full price.

2x Orso Ile de Beauté Rosé 2021
Rosé
France — France
Corsica...an exotic French island with delicious wine, that may even be - dare we say, a bit...dangerous? Well, listen up. If a crisp, dry pink wine is your thing - live a little, and jump on the back of this motorcycle ride of a rosé. With fruit taken from sandy soils near the sea, this pretty little drop exhibits surprisingly vibrant citrus for the style, alongside mulberry, strawberry and spicy notes. Blended from a collection of unique grapes from the familiar to the super rare (ever tasted a sciaccarellu or nielluciu?) From this first sip, you’ll realise the only thing dangerous is the possibility of running out of this wine.
You’d pay $39 full price.

2x Gapsted Ballerina Canopy Pinot Noir Rosé 2021
Rosé
Victoria — Australia
Hurrah, the 2021 Gapsted rosé is here, lovingly made from a Mofo fave producer. Grown on vines that feature the ‘ballerina canopy’, this King Valley pinot noir rosé is grown on some vertically trained shoots that look like a ballerina dress, which hangs down on either side of the trellis. It makes for a pretty, but labour intensive growing system, that allows more airflow and control of grapevine vigour. Gapsted follow this kind of meticulous hands-on vineyard work with the same attention to detail in the winery. The grapes see small batch fermentation and oak maturation, and the result is the purest expression of these dance-worthy grapes you could hope for.
Fragrant wild strawberries and redcurrants meet rich earthiness and a zesty, fresh herbaceousness. Don’t overchill - it’s perfect if you have it out of the fridge for 10 or 20 minutes to let the flavours thrive in the glass. You’re gonna want some antipasto and either a bunch of sun, or a crackling fire.
You’d pay $31 full price.

2x Coughlin Estate Rosé 2021
Rosé
Western Australia — Australia
Smell plum blossoms, red apples, a little bit of cinnamon edging its way in. This is so immediately exciting and enticing on the nose. It has all the zip and zeal we love about rosé in spades. It gets a little more serious on the palate (not too serious though, we promise); plush red fruits and a creamy texture fill the mouth. There is a little confectionary element, too - like those strawberry and cream lollies from your tuck shop pick-and-mix. Lively acidity drives the wine through the finish, which is poised and penetrating. A bright and crunchy bottle of pink purpose built for balmy evenings.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Nikkal Rosé 2020
Rosé
Yarra Valley — Australia
More than any other wine, rosé demands a moment. This is back patio, summer chair on the lawn, cracking shellfish, kissed by the sun vino. It’s bursting at the seams with fresh tropical fruit and summer flowers. Juicy melon and ripe raspberries at the fore, with a little bit of peach on the periphery to give it depth. There is delicacy, too - it’s not just a summer smasher. The acid is driving and persistent, giving the wine great shape and length - this is rosé-lovers rosé.
You’d pay $25 full price.

Tasting Notes
2x Oxbow Rosé 2021
Rosé
Adelaide Hills — Australia
This Rosé is an immense bargain. We’re talking some premo Adelaide Hills fruit here, not something that comes along cheap. And then add the finess that it sees in the winery, it’s almost mind boggling what you’ll pick this wine up for. Subtle tinges of white strawberry, white peach and nectarine make this a more-ish drop. The tangy acidity always keeping things fresh, fun, and playful. After all, if you’re not having fun with rosé in hand then are you really having fun?
You’d pay $24 full price.
