1x Leasingham Classic Clare Riesling 2017
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
When a great vintage meets perfect development, you get wines like this. Up there with the Clare Valley's finest years, 2017 produced rieslings with exceptional concentration, perfect acidity, and the kind of ageing potential that makes collectors weak at the knees. This isn't just good riz, it's top-shelf riesling from a legendary vintage. The palate delivers everything that the stunning nose promises: Long, intense varietal flavours matched with taut acidity that gives the wine both backbone and grace. That perfect balance between citrus brightness and emerging honeyed complexity shows this wine is hitting its sweet spot while promising even greater things ahead. We're getting all worked up just thinking about what this one will become - if you've got more patience than us, let us know what it tastes like in 2032!

1x Crabtree Pomona Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Riesling is an under-rated chameleon, and this is a rare find. When the new vintage talks come up for the Crabtree Pomona riesling, I pounce on everything we can get. We’re almost at the point of licking the bottle just to get every last drop. There’s hints of orange peel and jasmine underlying the preserved lemon and lime freshness. Heaps of that roaring acid. Fresh, dry, and perfect to quench your thirst on a warm day.
You’d pay $40 full price.

1x Pauletts Polish Hill River Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
There's nothing better than a high-quality Clare Valley riesling. Polish Hill River, a sub-region of Clare Valley, is home to some of the best and most sought-after riesling fruit in Australia. With fruit as pure and beautiful as this, all you need in the winery is a deft hand to take it from vine to bottle, with as little intervention as possible. Luckily, this iconic Clare Valley producer has decades of experience doing just that, and the results are absolutely astounding.

Tasting Notes
1x Auld Family Wines Wilberforce Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Eden Valley — Australia
This is a crisp, vibrant, citrusy Eden Valley riesling, but it's so much more than that. There's a hint of richness here that, coupled with the classic Eden acidity, creates a beautifully balanced wine that goes down a little too easily...
On the nose, this is a super floral wine, very much still on the zesty spectrum that you'd expect from the Eden Valley, but with a slight richness with notes of stone fruit and honey-blossom. The textural fruit and regional minerality sing in perfect harmony and set up a wine of impressive length that manages to hold on to a crisp, refreshing finish. Cellared carefully, this will comfortably continue aging and developing for another 8 to 10 years but that's the beauty of riesling isn't it - get stuck in whenever you want, it's absolutely humming right now!
You’d pay $35 full price.

1x Atlas Wines Home Block Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Zippy, zappy, zoomy riz! This is what we drink at home. Racy acidity and slatey minerality hold this in good stead for future drinking but this is such a wonderful wine to tuck into its youth that we doubt it'll make it past the summer. This is a stunning wine - zippy, lifted, aromatic rizza from the talented hands of Adam Barton at Atlas Wines (a verified Mofo fave producer). Green apple and pithy lime juice - pretty classic for the region. Limestone minerality and bristly acidity make for a playful, energetic drinking experience. It's bright and showing pure fruit expression, coupled with some floral aromatic complexity. This is super stylish and completely classic in every way.
You’d pay $35 full price.

1x Eden Hall Springton Riesling 2023
White — Riesling
Eden Valley — Australia
Juicy yet concentrated - this is bright, penetrating riesling that marries searing acidity with pithy palate weight. Classically Eden Valley; perfectly balanced. All the hallmarks of delicious, long-lived riesling. Fresh fruit aromatics - green apple, lemon zest, a bit of kiwi and lime. That organic character is underscored by base minerality which reverberates throughout - energetic and intriguing. When we're looking for quality in a wine we're marking it against balance, length, intensity, and complexity, and this wine scores top mark across the board.
