Why do we love this case?
We’ve gathered some golden grape goodness from some of the best riesling academies to get your mind and palate ticking. These are compelling wines that champion fruit purity, piercing acidity, florality, mineral complexity, and so much more. There's a reason why if you ask any somm the world over 'what are your favourite grape varietals?' the answer will invariably include 'riesling.'
1x Lange Estate Fifth Generation Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Great Southern — Australia
This is why riesling lovers keep their eyes firmly locked on Frankland River. Elegant, yes, but with drive, precision, and tension that holds your palate hostage in the best possible way. There's a beautiful interplay between tightly-wound acidity and vibrant, perky fruit. An instant classic. Lemon sorbet, granny-smith apple, crushed herbs, and a twist of lime all leap from the glass. Stony minerality and a gentle floral lift ease us into a palate that's all about line and length. Laser-focused acid, subtly chalky texture, and just enough fleshy citrus to keep things mouthwatering from start to finish. It’s beautifully restrained now, but you can bank on this one going the distance. Drink from now, all the way through to 2039 - if you can wait that long.
You’d pay $50 full price.

1x Jeanneret Sevenhill Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
One of our favourite rieslings from one of our favourite Clare producers. This spills over with citrusy goodness, both juicy and zesty. It's spent plenty of time on lees (over two months!), so this isn't some thin little number, but rather a textural wine that sits on the medium to full-bodied side of the riesling spectrum. And just like all good Clare riesling, it's ready to go today or will reward patience to the tune of a decade. Your wine! You choose how and when to drink it. We'll do the same with our case.
You’d pay $40 full price.

1x Three Elms Timbertops Riesling 2023
White — Riesling
Frankland River — Australia
Punchy citrus, pristine acid, and serious longevity. Stock up while it’s still flying under the radar. Frankland River is fast becoming our favourite region for riesling (sorry Clare Valley). There's brightness and energy now, but there's potential for a long stint in the dark - if you're so inclined. This is Clare Riesling in full flight. Frisky lemon and lime, floral lift, and a sherbet-like pop on the palate. Add layers of musk, jasmine and a spicy kick, and you’ve got one seriously charismatic white. Lively and juicy now, but give it 8-10 years and it’ll mellow into honeyed, textural magic.
You’d pay $35 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Auld Family Wines Wilberforce Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Eden Valley — Australia
This is a crisp, vibrant, citrusy Eden Valley riesling, but it's so much more than that. There's a hint of richness here that, coupled with the classic Eden acidity, creates a beautifully balanced wine that goes down a little too easily...
On the nose, this is a super floral wine, very much still on the zesty spectrum that you'd expect from the Eden Valley, but with a slight richness with notes of stone fruit and honey-blossom. The textural fruit and regional minerality sing in perfect harmony and set up a wine of impressive length that manages to hold on to a crisp, refreshing finish. Cellared carefully, this will comfortably continue aging and developing for another 8 to 10 years but that's the beauty of riesling isn't it - get stuck in whenever you want, it's absolutely humming right now!
You’d pay $35 full price.

1x Atlas Wines Home Block Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Zippy, zappy, zoomy riz! This is what we drink at home. Racy acidity and slatey minerality hold this in good stead for future drinking but this is such a wonderful wine to tuck into its youth that we doubt it'll make it past the summer. This is a stunning wine - zippy, lifted, aromatic rizza from the talented hands of Adam Barton at Atlas Wines (a verified Mofo fave producer). Green apple and pithy lime juice - pretty classic for the region. Limestone minerality and bristly acidity make for a playful, energetic drinking experience. It's bright and showing pure fruit expression, coupled with some floral aromatic complexity. This is super stylish and completely classic in every way.
You’d pay $35 full price.

1x Alkoomi Wines Family Collection Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Frankland River — Australia
Tangerine and lime zest, fresh lemon juice and a zippy, refined acid line that runs throughout the entire palate. All complemented by the natural minerality of the soil, reflected on the palate. The wine has a stony, mineral feel, is it salty? Is it effervescent? It's hard to say, but we do know one thing for sure, it's utterly delicious and you'll be coming back for a second glass quicker than you can say "Frankland River is perhaps the most underrated wine region in Australia, if not the world".
You’d pay $32 full price.
