Eden Valley — Australia
The 2024 Nordic Frost Riesling captures everything you want from quality Eden Valley Riesling - bright fruit character, refreshing acidity, clean varietal expression without unnecessary complications. The nose flourishes with vibrant aromatics - mandarin zest and fresh lemon dominating, drawing you straight in with citrus brightness that signals immediate refreshment. The palate, if anything, delivers on that aromatic promise beautifully. Refreshing zesty lime notes flow through, supported by bright acidity that provides backbone and drive. 2x Mitchell Alcatraz Riesling 2022
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Clare Valley riesling from a single vineyard planted nearly sixty years ago and always dry farmed. The vines have never seen chemicals and are hand pruned and harvested. That, right there, is a winning combination. As you’d expect from quality Clare rizza, there’s generosity on the palate, driving acidity and of course ageability. It’s got minerality, citrus notes and floral aromas. Not a hair out of place.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Pauletts Clare Valley Riesling 2025
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Clare Valley riesling proves, again, that it's one of the best 'bang for your buck' wines in the world, yep, seriously. Packed full of distinctive regional qualities: lemon-lime cordial, orange blossom, zippy acidity and that slaty mineral note we all know and love - this is an absolute winner. It's crisp, it's clean and it's got 95pt Reviews from everyone that's even looked at the thing. Right in the sweet spot. On the spectrum of Clare riz, this sits bang in the middle, 'the goldilocks zone', so to speak. The acid is prevalent, but not too austere. The fruit is developed, but not overly rich. The mineral aspects are refreshing, but not spritzy. It's the kind of wine you can show to anyone, but far from boring. A fresh, dry and completely delicious bottle of rizza that'll have you reaching for another glass quicker than you think. A little dangerous in that regard. Drink a case now and have a look at another one in 5 years... trust us.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Claymore Wines Joshua Tree Riesling 2025
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Watervale is probably THE premier sub-region of the Clare Valley for top-notch Aussie rizza. And the fact that you can snag one of the prime examples for this price is nothing short of incredible. We’re talking drive, complexity, fruit purity – the works. This rizza won GOLD at The Intercontinental Wine Challenge this year, so we need not say much more. There’s citrus blossom, jasmine and a touch of mandarin oil enchanting you on the nose to start. The palate doesn’t disappoint either, with lemon zest, lime, a cool minerality and clean, slatey finish. You can cellar this one, too, no problem. It’s gotta be some of the best value in all Aussie wine.
You’d pay $25 full price.
