1x The Lindsay Collection Cellar Reserve Shiraz 2017
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
This is one producer that made waves with our mofos in the last year. They came onto the scene hot, all due to their jaw-dropping wines that we could offer you at eye-popping prices. When we hear they had been holding some of their 2017 shiraz for a special cellar release, we just had to be a part of it. So here you go: immaculately made, impeccably cellared shiraz from the best of the best. Now that is a good deal.

1x Di Fabio Bushvine Reserve Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
Wow, what a wine. A must-have for any McLaren Vale die-hards or pretty much anyone with a mouth and a heart. Rich dark fruit, chocolatey oak and fine-grained tannins. A classic Aussie style with 5 or more years under the belt, primed and raring to go. A dense, dark fruited wine that, although full-bodied, doesn't feel sluggish or clunky on the palate. Lively and rich blackberries and dark cherries are balanced by milk chocolate and sweet spice, a result of a very comprehensive oak treatment regime.

1x Thousand Candles Gathering Field Red Blend 2022
Red — Red Blend
Yarra Valley — Australia
This Yarra Valley Pinot-Shiraz blend is a style Australia's actually been making since the 1940s, there's a reason it's stuck around so long. This isn't a wine that wants you overthinking it. Crack it at lunch, take it to a picnic, and let it do what it's designed to do - put a smile on your face. A mostly-Pinot, hefty-Shiraz mix, with the Shiraz portion made using carbonic maceration to keep things bright and juicy rather than heavy. The result is a wine that leads with perfume and crunchy red fruit, genuinely easy to keep pouring and dancing that line between accessibility and complexity. Delicious, completely delicious.

1x Athletes of Wine Sangiovese Blend 2023
Red — Sangiovese
King Valley — Australia
Meet your new go-to everyday red - easy to drink, easy to love. If you're growing Sangiovese in Australia, the King Valley's the only real answer - Italian families, Italian grapes, checks out. Here's an Aussie take on Super Tuscan with genuine credentials behind it. Sangiovese leads, backed by Cabernet for structure and layered blackberry and tobacco, Merlot for mulberry and polish. Bright purple, juicy, medium-bodied, with sour cherry on the nose, bright acidity throughout and fine tannin on the finish. Treat it like the Italians would - a slight chill if you want, any glass you've got, good food, better company. Easy drinking, great value, any occasion covered.

1x Sew & Sew Sashiko GSM 2022
Red — GSM
McLaren Vale — Australia
2022 was one of the best vintages McLaren Vale has ever produced, and this GSM is living proof. A blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Shiraz and 10% Mourvèdre, this is an absolute Australian classic. Wherever, whenever, with whatever's on the table - this one's built to just be enjoyed, no rules attached. Pulled from three vineyards scattered between the Willunga foothills and the McLaren Vale township - close enough that each block can practically see the other, sharing similar soil along the way. Cherry red in the glass, with strawberry, raspberry and plum on the nose, joined by ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg doing their thing underneath. The palate keeps the fun going - red fruit, cherry and lingering spice, wrapped in silky tannin and a savoury streak of acidity. Here's the best part: this is ridiculous value, and it doesn't ask for a special occasion to justify opening it. Drink it with pizza on the couch, drink it at a barbecue, drink it solo because it's Thursday and you feel like it. Your wine, your rules!

1x Rymill The Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
Everyone needs a wine like this in the cellar. Nothing over the top, nothing flashy, nothing trendy - a real workhorse. Regionally and varietally perfect, a bottle to reach for when you feel like 'a Coonawarra cabernet' and what a Coonawarra cabernet it is! Plum, blackcurrant, liquorice and refined oak leap out of the glass and, joined by a weighty texture and soft tannin, fill out the entire palate. The natural acid brings a lively, 'light-on-its-feet' brightness to the palate and extends the flavoursome finish. There's hints of mint and Eucalypt, as you'd hope from Coonawarra, but nothing that's going to put off anyone new to the region. If you've never tried Coonawarra cabernet but always wondered what it tastes like - this is what it tastes like.

1x Brokenwood Soil Selection Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Hunter Valley — Australia
Brokenwood have been at the top of their game for so long now, it's really no surprise that they've picked up Halliday Winery of the Year 2026! Hunter chardonnay has such character and individuality which just adds to the utter versatility that is Aussie chardonnay. Creamy, complex, complete. In its youth, enjoy crisp citrus, gentle creaminess and fleshy melon notes - perfect for warm arvos, long lunches and family dinners. But in years to come, a developed nuttiness will reveal itself and a more savoury richness will start to become more prmoinent on the palate. This is a wine that was built to be enjoyed over a long period time - there's no "right" or "wrong" time to drink this, to be honest, the choice is yours…

1x Powell & Son Eckert Riesling 2019
White — Riesling
Eden Valley — Australia
Dave Powell's a hands-down Barossa legend (and made Torbreck what it is). When someone with that pedigree makes aged Eden riesling, you know you're in for something special. This wine shows us exactly why aged Eden riesling has such a devoted following. Pale straw in the glass, with lime, lemon butter and the beginning of that glorious oily toast and kerosene complexity that serious riesling lovers absolutely live for. The palate is textural and rounded - citrus, wet steel and spice running through a long, tightly wound finish that keeps revealing itself sip after sip. Dry, crisp and completely compelling. We just can't put the glass down when it's full of this stuff!

1x Artis Gruner Veltliner 2025
White — Gruner Veltliner
Adelaide Hills — Australia
The most loved Adelaide Hills Grüner we've had in many years. A pretty big deal considering the region is quickly cementing their reputation as the premier location for grüner Veltliner production down under. It has all the hallmarks of a great grüner, slate, melon, apple blossom, citrus, zip, zap, yum! This is a no-brainer for Grüner lovers but it should also be the go-to wine for riesling lovers looking to explore, or even Chablis and Chenin lovers looking for a bit of a fun! Fun is actually a pretty great way to sum up this wine, from the first sip to the last, right down to the great looking, quirky label. This isn’t serious wine, it’s seriously good wine!

1x Long Lane Estate Marlborough Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Marlborough — New Zealand
Marlborough does Sauvignon Blanc brilliantly. Everyone knows that. But the region's Pinot Gris deserves considerably more attention - this'll show you exactly why. Ripe pear, white peach and a gentle floral lift on the nose, with a palate that's soft, textural and satisfyingly generous without ever losing its natural freshness. A whisper of spice and a clean, dry finish make it genuinely versatile at the table - seafood, soft cheese, Asian-inspired dishes or just a cold glass on a warm afternoon with nowhere to be. Fresh, approachable and completely easy to love. Grab a few. You'll find plenty of reasons to open them.

1x Henry & Lucas Brut Cuvee Sparkling White
Sparkling — Sparkling White
South Australia — Australia
Sometimes a party breaks out at a moment's notice, and when they do, you need bubbles already in the fridge, not an excuse for why you don't. This is that bottle. Lifted summer citrus, light fragrant bubbles and crisp acidity. Nothing complicated, nothing that needs a tasting-note essay to explain - just the kind of easy-drinking fizz that disappears fast. This is just one of those wines you've got to have in the fridge at all times, ready to go. Slurp it, slosh it... spill it if you want - it's up to you, this one can handle it all. The value here is honestly a bit ridiculous, which is exactly why this isn't a one-bottle purchase. Grab a case, stock the fridge, and let future-you deal with whatever spontaneous celebration the day decides to throw at you.
