1x Sorby Adams Reverend Canon Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
There's a reason this has become THE Mofo fave Barossa shiraz: it’s powerful, opulent and complex. It's ripe, rich and raring to go. This is completely astounding value, Mofo. This is the style of shiraz that made the world take notice of this ripper region. Simon 'Sorby' Adams is the master craftsman behind this wine (can you say, ex-head winemaker at Yalumba?), so it's no surprise that this is a seriously high calibre wine. Rich expressions of blackberry, plum, chocolate, spices and cedar from the use of 30% new French oak. After four years cellaring time, it’s drinking beautifully now, but has another decade of prime left in it for those patient types. This one is a bestseller for a reason, we invite you to find out for yourself.
You’d pay $75 full price.

1x Pirramimma Heritage Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
If you don’t know by now, we think it’s time for you to loop yourself in. The Pirramimma Limited Edition Shiraz comes from the fruit out of the famous “War Horse” and “Ironstone” blocks. The vines are old and what they lack in quantity (yield), they make up for in superb quality. Full bodied, but balanced with pepper and spice, there are just so many layers to discover in this wine. Laden with luscious, ripe blackberries, earthy blackcurrants, mocha, hints of cedar and a dollop of liquorice, you’re in for a treat with this divine, velvety red.
You’d pay $50 full price.

1x Journey Wines Coldstream Pinot Noir 2023
Red — Pinot Noir
Yarra Valley — Australia
Wowee, we've got an outstanding example of single-vineyard Yarra pinot on our hands here! As generous as it is sophisticated - this wine is paradoxically super easy to drink, and at the same time, next level complex. Trying to pick individual notes is like picking individual voices in a choir. And why should we? If the song sounds good, let 'em sing - and the wine is certainly singing now.

Tasting Notes
1x Jericho Sand Patch GSM 2023
Red — GSM
McLaren Vale — Australia
Bright, lively, juicy and spicy. Everything you could ask for in a modern McLaren Vale GSM. A delicate balance between ripe, sweet fruit and savoury, structured aspects. BBQs, pizza nights, park parties... whatever you're up to, this wine's up to the challenge.
A modern iteration of a South Australian classic. Ok, yes, GSM blends are a French invention, but they really have found a home in South Australia, more specifically McLaren Vale, more specifically again, Blewitt Springs. Vibrant, energetic, bright, cheery, lively... you get where we're going with this, this is a modern style, one to be enjoyed at a young age with yummy food and smiling company. A balance of savoury notes, subtle tannin and youthful, juicy, bright red fruit. Find us a red wine drinker who says they can't find the fun in this wine and we'll find you a liar. Made to be enjoyed.
You’d pay $45 full price.

1x Fox Creek Limited Release Grenache 2021
Red — Grenache
McLaren Vale — Australia
This single vineyard release shows why old-vine fruit makes all the difference. Deep purple-red in the glass, the nose bursts with raspberry pastilles, strawberry, cherry and that classically grenache-y touch of orange zest. Smoky peppercorn, spice and lavender sit behind, adding layers of intrigue. The palate is vibrant and lively, showing a medley of red fruits with hints of citrus and dried herbs. Fine, dusty tannins provide focus and structure, while a refreshing crunch of acidity keeps everything bright and mouthwatering. It’s full-bodied yet silky, with the balance to drink beautifully now and the structure to reward time in the cellar.
You’d pay $40 full price.

1x Kangarilla Road McLaren Vale Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
Ah, how we love a shiraz from Kangarilla Road. Dark berries and black cherries run the show, combining with liquorice, spice and dark choccy flavours that last right through to the end. With a delicate oak profile and powdery tannins, this shiraz is proof that not all heroes wear capes; some are simply made from grapes.
You’d pay $30 full price.
