Why do we love this case?
Centuries of hard study and impossible calculations by boffins all over the world have gotten us no closer to figuring out whether we prefer gris or grigio. And you know what, we're happy sitting on the fence. In this case, you'll get to explore the wonders of both styles. It’s pretty much the best way to get around the grape.
2x Credaro Five Tales Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Margaret River — Australia
From internationally renowned producer, Credaro, this bright and vivacious grigio is more than just a welcome guest at the party, it IS the party. Hot days and warm nights for call for good company, good food and a good bottle of grigio. A natural citrus-like acidity creates a launching point for a swirl of green fruits (think fresh apple and crunchy pear) and zesty minerality. Classically grigio in every way but extremely modern in its vibrancy and youthful flare. An extremely versatile wine that, as we said, is best enjoyed with friends and family, out of an esky, looking at a sunset but if we're being honest, it also works great at home and after sun-down. In the words of the immortal Shakira, "Wherever, whenever".

2x Monarca Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Alpine & King Valleys — Australia
The King and Alpine Valleys are among Australia's finest spots for pinot gris, and this one nails exactly what the variety should be in this country. You're getting texture and freshness working together beautifully - pear and melon richness rather than sharp citrus, with enough weight to handle roast chook, risotto or whatever you're throwing at it. Ripe pear and honeydew dominate, with a subtle spice note and creamy texture that gives it real presence in the glass. There's freshness keeping everything lifted, but it's got enough weight and richness to handle a good feed. The finish is clean and moreish - not bone dry, not sweet, just sitting in that spot where you reach for another glass without thinking about it. At this price, it's not just good value, it's genuinely delicious drinking and it's ticking all the gris boxes. Great stuff.

King Valley — Australia

2x Mitolo Jester Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Bursting with expressive aromatics, you'll be drooling at the citrus, stone fruit, apples and pears that are rolling all over your taste buds. A summer smasher that should never be far from reach. When you check the notes for this wine and see that it is grown on soils rich in limestone you take another sip and delve into a wine that is oozing in freshness and bright acidity. It's the type of wine you pop in the middle of the table on a hot day and realise you need 12 more bottle when your mates keep coming back for another glass. It reminds us that wine when wine is easy and bloody darn good tasting, we want to share it with good company. This is a perfect wine to do those things without breaking the bank.

2x Pyren Vineyards Tanwood Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Pyrenees — Australia
The Victorian Pyrenees may no be the first place that you'd go searching for a bottle of pinot gris, but you certainly should. With a classic climate for aromatic white wines, this is all about the fleshy white peach and pear drop characters that are hard to resist. Add in a dose of tartness somewhere in the realm of green apple and almond skin, and you've got the perfectly balanced glass.
