Why do we love this case?
Centuries of hard study and impossible calculations by boffins all over the world have gotten us no closer to figuring out whether we prefer gris or grigio. And you know what, we're happy sitting on the fence. In this case, you'll get to explore the wonders of both styles. It’s pretty much the best way to get around the grape.
2x Mont St Lunara Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Alpine & King Valleys — Barossa
When people ask about the difference between gris and grigio there's plenty of possible answers - we tend to think of it this way... it's the vibe of the thing. This is wine is a pinot gris - fleshy pear, a rounded texture and the necessary natural acidity to back it up. This wine does not a foot wrong. Texture and tension in balance here - exactly what you want from this style of pinot gris. More pear and melon flavours than green apple and citrus, this'll go with anything from roast chicken to your famous risotto. For the price here, you're getting more than just 'bang for your buck' - you're getting something completely delicious.
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Stanrock Estate Pinot Gris 2024
White — Pinot Gris
Gisborne — New Zealand
Delightfully fruited without being over the top, this is Pinot Gris that's refreshing and immediately appealing - the kind of wine that disappears from the bottle faster than you planned because it's just so damn easy to drink. Enticing aromas of summer stone fruit, mandarin and nashi pear jump out of the glass, backed up by hints of ginger and spices that add a lovely aromatic lift. There's rockmelon and nectarine in there too, with a touch of spice keeping things interesting. Medium-bodied with bright acidity that keeps everything lively and refreshing, balanced by a subtle ripeness that rounds it all out beautifully. The mouthfeel is succulent and elegantly expressed, with fine texture and that mineral finish that makes you reach for another sip before you've even swallowed the first.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Credaro Five Tales Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Margaret River — Barossa
From internationally renowned producer, Credaro, this bright and vivacious grigio is more than just a welcome guest at the party, it IS the party. Hot days and warm nights for call for good company, good food and a good bottle of grigio. A natural citrus-like acidity creates a launching point for a swirl of green fruits (think fresh apple and crunchy pear) and zesty minerality. Classically grigio in every way but extremely modern in its vibrancy and youthful flare. An extremely versatile wine that, as we said, is best enjoyed with friends and family, out of an esky, looking at a sunset but if we're being honest, it also works great at home and after sun-down. In the words of the immortal Shakira, "Wherever, whenever".
You’d pay $26 full price.
