Delightfully fruited without being over the top, this is Pinot Gris that's refreshing and immediately appealing - the kind of wine that disappears from the bottle faster than you planned because it's just so damn easy to drink. Enticing aromas of summer stone fruit, mandarin and nashi pear jump out of the glass, backed up by hints of ginger and spices that add a lovely aromatic lift. There's rockmelon and nectarine in there too, with a touch of spice keeping things interesting. Medium-bodied with bright acidity that keeps everything lively and refreshing, balanced by a subtle ripeness that rounds it all out beautifully.
