Why do we love this case?
Centuries of hard study and impossible calculations by boffins all over the world have gotten us no closer to figuring out whether we prefer gris or grigio. And you know what, we're happy sitting on the fence. In this case, you'll get to explore the wonders of both styles. It’s pretty much the best way to get around the grape.
2x Woodside Park Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Cool climate, altitude, and a winemaker who clearly knows their way around a good grigio. You get all that juicy pear and crisp green apple up front, a tiny hint of honey rounding it out, and a finish so clean it practically resets your palate. It’s the kind of wine that just fits - seafood lunch, lazy Sunday arvo, or that “just one glass” weeknight (you know how that ends). We tasted plenty, and this one nailed it: pure, refreshing, no fuss, just bloody delicious.

2x Hey Diddle Pinot Gris 2025

Sourced from the Northern Adelaide Hills, this wine shows stunning balance of texture and purity of fruit. Gentle feel with delectable texture, notes of pear and apple that startle the palate. Delightfully fresh and easy to drink, crafted with minimal intervention using only the gentlest techniques from vineyard to bottle. We're stoked with this one. What makes this particularly appealing is the stunning balance achieved between texture and purity of fruit. There's a pillowy feel throughout that makes this immediately approachable, enhanced by delectable texture that adds weight without heaviness. Notes of pear and apple startle the palate with their clarity and freshness. Beautifully vibrant and easy drinking, this represents modern Australian winemaking that understands less can be more. When you start with exceptional fruit from a quality site, the best approach is often the simplest one - gentle handling, minimal manipulation, and allowing the vineyard's natural character to shine through.

2x Altus Rise Wildlight Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Margaret River — Australia
Dry, crisp and incredibly vibrant. Brilliant pale straw with subtle a green tinge, this fresh and vibrant grigio is packed with aromas of ripe red apples and juicy pears. On the palate, it's all about mouth-filling pear flavour, subtle citrus blossom, and a crisp mineral finish that keeps things clean and refreshing. Picked during the cool of night and rushed to the winery, the fruit was handled with ultimate care to preserve its purity and brightness. Fermented with a (secret) custom yeast to dial up the flavour and add an extremely pleasing texture, this wine was bottled early to lock in those lifted aromatics and fresh fruit character. A beautifully made, no-fuss drop that’s as refreshing as it is flavourful.

2x Credaro Five Tales Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Margaret River — Australia
From internationally renowned producer, Credaro, this bright and vivacious grigio is more than just a welcome guest at the party, it IS the party. Hot days and warm nights for call for good company, good food and a good bottle of grigio. A natural citrus-like acidity creates a launching point for a swirl of green fruits (think fresh apple and crunchy pear) and zesty minerality. Classically grigio in every way but extremely modern in its vibrancy and youthful flare. An extremely versatile wine that, as we said, is best enjoyed with friends and family, out of an esky, looking at a sunset but if we're being honest, it also works great at home and after sun-down. In the words of the immortal Shakira, "Wherever, whenever".

2x Oxbow Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Adelaide Hills — Australia
This lot don't muck around, they know that if they're going to make pinot grigio this good, they're going to have to head for 'The Hills'. Boy are we glad that they did, a cracking drop. Premium Adelaide Hills fruit in the hands of an exceptional winemaker. If you've heard of Sam Scott (of La Prova fame) then you know the kind of calibre we're talking about here. A celebration of citrus; lemons and limes into grapefruit and tangerine. Beautifully textural and well balanced with a fresh, mineral palate that is so perfect paired with tangy foods like goat’s cheese or a lemon sponge cake. This is pristine, excellent wine
