1x Barringwood Grazier Pinot Noir 2022

Red — Pinot Noir

Tasmania — Australia

We knew it! One taste of this gorgeously complex drop had has thinking we were on to something something special - and then it was confirmed. The Royal Hobart Wine Show has dubbed this humble bottle of pinot noir as 'Best Tasmanian Red Wine'. The best of the best! Here's your chance to experience what is - officially - as good as it gets in Tassie. Sourced from estate vines on basalt-rich soils, wild fermented with 20% whole bunch and laid to rest for 10 months in seasoned French oak - just enough to impart that flavour and texture whilst allowing the fruit to shine. Medium bodied, there's distinguishable red plum, rhubarb, clove and lifted florals. Overall this is a savoury mid-weight style with fine tannins, earthy complexity and deeply layered red fruit. Drink now to see what the judges were blown away by, hold for another 5 or 6 years to watch the complexity completely blow you away!

You’d pay $70 full price.

1x Bay Of Fires Pinot Noir 2024

Red — Pinot Noir

Tasmania — Australia

96 points from Huon Hooke. Tasmanian pinot noir. At this price. Yeah, we'd move quickly on this one. This is Tasmanian pinot at its most convincing - cool climate precision, exceptional fruit, and the kind of balance that paradoxically makes every sip feel both completely satisfying yet indescribably moreish... Bay of Fires have been doing remarkable work in Tasmania for years - sourcing fruit from carefully selected sites across the island, letting the vineyard do the talking, and keeping winemaking intervention to an absolute minimum. The philosophy is simple: great pinot is grown, not manufactured. And when your fruit comes from sites this good, restraint in the winery is the smartest move you can make. What ends up in the glass is genuinely stunning. Deep, vivid red-purple colour, a nose that layers dark cherry, toasty nutty complexity and a whisper of savoury reduction, and a palate that's full and plush without ever losing its elegance. Silky tannins, a sweet fruit core and a finish with real length and charm. A couple for the table tonight. A few more for the cellar. Trust us on this one.

You’d pay $63 full price.

1x Yering Lane Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2025

Red — Pinot Noir

Yarra Valley — Australia

This is a Yarra Valley pinot with the precise prettiness that we've all come to expect from - huge call incoming - Australia's greatest pinot region. Grown in the luscious Yarra Valley hills of Gruyere, from the ever-popular MV6 clone, and matured for 10 months in French oak, it’s a wine that nails the balance between purity and complexity. The nose is singing - raspberry, cherry, poached rhubarb and a cool note of spearmint, with oak spice drifting through. The palate is built on bright acidity and soft, powdery tannins. Red currants, hibiscus and baked cherry pie. It’s layered, lifted and built to charm - a perfect match for mushroom gnocchi, but equally at home as the sole star of the show. You could absolutely drink now or watch it evolve over the next 5-6 years - the choice is yours.

You’d pay $55 full price.

1x Tucks Estate Pinot Noir 2025

Red — Pinot Noir

Mornington Peninsula — Australia

Mornington’s cool climate is on full display here; bright red-fruited lift and fine, subtle structure. Gentle handling and measured oak deployment keep the style clean and focused, but still offerig breadth through the mid palate. Red plum, cherry and blue-fruit notes lead, opening into earth and light spice. The palate is supple with fine, persistent tannins. A savoury undertone adds depth. The finish is long and quietly textural. Load up on this one, it's a delight to drink now but the palate weight, structure, and complexity put it in good stead to cellar well. A knockout drop from one of the regions very best.

You’d pay $50 full price.

1x Journey Wines Coldstream Pinot Noir 2023

Red — Pinot Noir

Yarra Valley — Australia

Wowee, we've got an outstanding example of single-vineyard Yarra pinot on our hands here! As generous as it is sophisticated - this wine is paradoxically super easy to drink, and at the same time, next level complex. Trying to pick individual notes is like picking individual voices in a choir. And why should we? If the song sounds good, let 'em sing - and the wine is certainly singing now.
