Why do we love this case?
We’ve decided to stick with the classic ‘Dangerous Value Whites’ as it describes it oh so well - the real danger with this delicious mixed dozen is that you’ll be sorry you didn’t buy more. There’s a cheeky bottle every occasion. Don’t let me keep you a second longer, mofo!
2x Long Lane Estate Marlborough Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Marlborough — New Zealand
Marlborough does Sauvignon Blanc brilliantly. Everyone knows that. But the region's Pinot Gris deserves considerably more attention - this'll show you exactly why. Ripe pear, white peach and a gentle floral lift on the nose, with a palate that's soft, textural and satisfyingly generous without ever losing its natural freshness. A whisper of spice and a clean, dry finish make it genuinely versatile at the table - seafood, soft cheese, Asian-inspired dishes or just a cold glass on a warm afternoon with nowhere to be. Fresh, approachable and completely easy to love. Grab a few. You'll find plenty of reasons to open them.

2x Sorby Adams HandCrafted Fiano 2026
White — Fiano
Clare Valley — Australia
Fiano is Australia's new sweetheart - and for good reason! Initially brought over from Sicily this grape is BUILT for the Australian sun - both to grow, and drink, in! Aromatic, medium-bodied with zesty lime, fresh rock melon and green apple seamlessly combining with natural acidity and clean, savoury finish. It's the ultimate table white - you'd be hard pressed to find a food that this doesn't pair well with. This captures everything Fiano should be (Australian or otherwise) - citrusy granny smith apple character dominates while subtle pastry complexity adds another dimension. Aromatic and medium-bodied, with the aforementioned zesty lime and fresh rock melon join green apple flavours seamlessly combining with natural acidity and a clean, savoury finish. Pair with Sicilian-style food - prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, grilled sardines. Oh, and olives, just stuff as many olives in your mouth as you possibly can then have a sip of this bad-boy... heaven.

2x Lange Estate TSR Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Great Southern — Australia
This represents sauvignon blanc at its most expressive and food-friendly, perfect for immediate drinking when the aromatics are at their peak and the acidity provides maximum refreshment. The nose hits hard with ripe citrus and passionfruit, lifted by a hint of lemongrass that adds herbal complexity. These aren't subtle aromatics - they're bold and expressive, announcing the wine's character immediately. On the palate, juicy gooseberry and guava flavours dominate, enhanced by herbal nuances that add layers without overwhelming the primary fruit. What really impresses is the balance - there's a subtle textural edge that provides weight and interest, while mouthwatering acidity drives everything forward to a long, crisp finish.
You'd pay $25 full price.

2x Mitolo Wines Jester Vermentino 2025
White — Vermentino
McLaren Vale — Australia
Vermentino. The variety that Australian wine is just beginning to properly fall for - and McLaren Vale is proving to be the best place in the country for it. This one has personality in spades. Crisp and vibrant, with lemon curd, white stone fruit, apple, pear and a tropical pineapple lift that makes it immediately, irresistibly drinkable. Night-harvested fruit, cool fermentation, bottled fresh to capture every ounce of that delicate, aromatic character. Everything done to preserve the wine's natural energy and make sure what ends up in the glass tastes exactly like it should. A mineral flint quality and lacey sherbet acidity run underneath everything, with a subtle saline texture that keeps the finish mouthwatering and completely alive. This is the bottle for long lunches, warm evenings and any occasion that calls for something lively, fresh and a little bit unexpected. Seafood. Antipasto. Absolutely nothing at all. All excellent options. Grab a few.

2x Farmer's Leap Random Shot Chardonnay 2025
White — Chardonnay
Padthaway — Australia
This chardonnay is buttery, rich, peachy, flinty, rounded and ready for a good time, packing all kinds of punches in a sensationally smashable outfit. Padthaway is undoubtedly an underdog region. Not for lack of quality or passion, which comes in bucketloads here. Head inland to find this little gem of an area where the limestone and sandy soils cover the landscape: the beating heart of some outstanding value wines. Consider yourself warned, mofo: deals like this should not be taken for granted.

2x Claymore Wines God is a DJ Riesling 2025
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
We’d like to welcome another vintage of one of our Clare Valley favourites. A weeknight rizza that is as consistent as it gets. Chuck on a good record, pop the top, you're away! When it comes to the legendary producer Claymore, I always think - come for the reds, and stay for the riesling. They have a few rieslings in their collection, all excellent examples of what Clare Valley does best. This beauty is all about the floral, sherbert-y nose with a few funky notes too. It follows with a dry and textural palate that is pithy and citric - vibrant and classic. It has a super-dry finish and my notes say “it’s pretty bloody delicious”.
