Why do we love this case?
We’ve decided to stick with the classic ‘Dangerous Value Whites’ as it describes it oh so well - the real danger with this delicious mixed dozen is that you’ll be sorry you didn’t buy more. There’s a cheeky bottle every occasion. Don’t let me keep you a second longer, mofo!
2x Three Elms Timbertops Gewurztraminer 2024
White — Gewurztraminer
Great Southern — Australia
Crack the top and you’re instantly met with a heady perfume of rose petals, pink musk sticks and cinnamon-spiced pear. Give it a swirl and lychees leap from the glass. It’s unabashedly aromatic and absolutely delicious. There’s a touch of residual sugar here - just enough to amplify the fruit and spice, without tipping into cloying. Think poached pear, lychee syrup and Turkish delight, all building up to a rich, almost creamy texture. But don’t worry - a streak of fresh acidity keeps it clean, bright and incredibly moreish. This isn’t your bone-dry Aussie take - it’s a gewürz with some generosity and swagger - not unlike your classic Alsace examples. Perfect chilled and poured alongside your next Thai or Indian takeaway. A wine for spice, sunshine, and good company.

2x Woodside Park Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Cool climate, altitude, and a winemaker who clearly knows their way around a good grigio. You get all that juicy pear and crisp green apple up front, a tiny hint of honey rounding it out, and a finish so clean it practically resets your palate. It’s the kind of wine that just fits - seafood lunch, lazy Sunday arvo, or that “just one glass” weeknight (you know how that ends). We tasted plenty, and this one nailed it: pure, refreshing, no fuss, just bloody delicious.

2x Maddens Rise Arcobaleno White Blend 2021
White — White Blend
Yarra Valley — Australia
This is a wine that rewards curiosity. With a few years of bottle age under its belt, it’s moved beyond bright primary fruit into something more layered and expressive — think texture, subtle savoury notes, and a beautifully rounded finish.
Crafted with a thoughtful blend of varieties, this is a white that leans into complexity rather than simplicity. It’s the kind of bottle that evolves in the glass, making it just as suited to the dinner table as it is to slow, considered sipping. A little off the beaten path, and all the better for it.

2x Oxbow Fiano 2025
White — Fiano
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Fresh, fragrant, dry and wonderfully textured. We can't think of a better wine to pop on the table at a long lunch in the sun. Powerful enough to carry food, light and bright enough to carry on without - this one gets an invite to every party.
With a lively mineralic texture, vibrant natural acid and abundant apples/pears, this is a wine that fits itself into any and all social situations. Fiano has really been making a name for itself in Australia over the last few years and there's a few reasons for that. Reason one: it's a very durable grape. Fiano has the capacity to ripen in warmer, sun-drenched environments whilst still maintaining fantastic natural acid - perfect for the Australian climate. Reason two: This one's the most important. The fiano being made in this country is just yummy. It might not be the most technical of wine descriptors, but here at Vinomofo, we think yumminess is kind of a big deal. You won't be disappointed with this malleable little number.

2x Pacifc Ridge Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough — New Zealand
This is exactly what you want from a Marlborough sauv blanc - bright, punchy and completely alive from the first sniff. No ceremony required. No food pairing notes needed. Just get it cold, get it open and get amongst it. Passionfruit, fresh lime, cut grass and a crisp herbaceous lift that's unmistakably Marlborough. The palate is zingy and refreshing, with a juicy tropical fruit core balanced by that signature mouthwatering acidity that makes the next sip feel completely inevitable. Barbecues, long lunches, Friday afternoons, Tuesday evenings - this wine works for all of it and never asks for anything in return.
