2x Auld Family Wines 'The Ernie' Single Vineyard Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Eden Valley — Australia
Our friends at Auld Family Wines have literally never let us down - they've kept true to form here... This is a crisp, vibrant, citrusy Eden Valley riesling, but it's so much more than that. There's a hint of richness here that, coupled with the classic Eden acidity, creates a beautifully balanced wine that goes down a little too easily... On the nose, this is a super floral wine, very much still on the zesty spectrum that you'd expect from the Eden Valley, but with a slight richness with notes of stone fruit and honey-blossom. The textural fruit and regional minerality sing in perfect harmony and set up a wine of impressive length that manages to hold on to a crisp, refreshing finish. Cellared carefully, this will comfortably continue aging and developing for another 8 to 10 years but that's the beauty of riesling isn't it - get stuck in whenever you want, it's absolutely humming right now!
You’d pay $38 full price.

2x Sorby Adams HandCrafted Fiano 2025
White — Fiano
Clare Valley — Australia
Fiano is Australia's new sweetheart - and for good reason! Initially brought over from Sicily this grape is BUILT for the Australian sun - both to grow, and drink, in! Aromatic, medium-bodied with zesty lime, fresh rock melon and green apple seamlessly combining with natural acidity and clean, savoury finish. It's the ultimate table white - you'd be hard pressed to find a food that this doesn't pair well with. This Captures everything fiano should be (Australian or otherwise) - citrusy granny smith apple character dominates while subtle pastry complexity adds another dimension. Aromatic and medium-bodied, with the aforementioned zesty lime and fresh rock melon join green apple flavours seamlessly combining with natural acidity and a clean, savoury finish. Pair with Sicilian-style food - prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, grilled sardines. Oh, and olives, just stuff as many olives in your mouth as you possibly can then have a sip of this bad-boy... heaven.

2x Tomich Woodside Vineyard Grüner Veltliner 2024
White — Gruner Veltliner
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Grüner veltliner seems to have discovered its perfect Australian postcode in the Adelaide Hills, and this Woodside sub-region stunner backs up that theory spectacularly. Should drink gorgeously over next two to four years while fruit vibrancy and textural magic remain firing on all cylinders. We like this a lot - another gem proving Austrian varieties can absolutely thrive down under when planted in the right spots with the right hands guiding them. Grüner veltliner's found its ideal Australian home in Adelaide Hills and particularly in the sub-region of Woodside. Don't believe us? One sip of this bad-boy will show you what we're talking about. This vineyard was planted in 2010 meaning it's really hitting that sweet maturity spot, fermented in five-tonne open fermenters, finished in French oak (20% new) for that little extra something. We end up with a deep yellow colour flowing into bright stone fruit, orange rind, walnut, pear and florals. A supple, seductive, creamy texture leads the way before the whole palate shifts to the spicy side of things with pepper hints, great length and fine balance.
You’d pay $30 full price.

2x Pyren Vineyards Tanwood Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Pyrenees — Australia
The Victorian Pyrenees may no be the first place that you'd go searching for a bottle of pinot gris, but you certainly should. With a classic climate for aromatic white wines, this is all about the fleshy white peach and pear drop characters that are hard to resist. Add in a dose of tartness somewhere in the realm of green apple and almond skin, and you've got the perfectly balanced glass.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Reschke R-Series Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Limestone Coast — Australia
Fruit-driven but not simple, elegant but not precious, crisp but not austere. This hits that sweet spot where approachability meets quality - perfect for any occasion that calls for something reliable and, of course, yummy. The nose displays beautiful notes of apricot and citrus that immediately signal quality fruit and careful winemaking. It's the kind of aromatics that make you lean in for that first sip with genuine anticipation. The elegantly weighted palate is what sets this apart. It delivers a rounded mouthfeel with smooth flow that leads to a crisp and lingering finish. That's the mark of proper winemaking - when everything feels effortless but you know serious skill went into creating that seamless experience.
You’d pay $20 full price.
