Why do we love this case?
We’ve decided to stick with the classic ‘Dangerous Value Whites’ as it describes it oh so well - the real danger with this delicious mixed dozen is that you’ll be sorry you didn’t buy more. There’s a cheeky bottle every occasion. Don’t let me keep you a second longer, mofo!
2x Flint River Vineyard Polish Hill Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Polish Hill proves, yet again, that it produces the most age-worthy riesling in the country (if not the world). The nose is alive with green apple, jasmine florals and zesty lime, with a flinty mineral edge that sets the tone. On the palate, it’s taut and vibrant – layers of kaffir lime, citrus rind and Granny Smith apple carried on a cool, slatey minerality. Clare Valley riesling, firing on all cylinders.

2x Sorby Adams HandCrafted Fiano 2025
White — Fiano
Clare Valley — Australia
Fiano is Australia's new sweetheart - and for good reason! Initially brought over from Sicily this grape is BUILT for the Australian sun - both to grow, and drink, in! Aromatic, medium-bodied with zesty lime, fresh rock melon and green apple seamlessly combining with natural acidity and clean, savoury finish. It's the ultimate table white - you'd be hard pressed to find a food that this doesn't pair well with. This Captures everything fiano should be (Australian or otherwise) - citrusy granny smith apple character dominates while subtle pastry complexity adds another dimension. Aromatic and medium-bodied, with the aforementioned zesty lime and fresh rock melon join green apple flavours seamlessly combining with natural acidity and a clean, savoury finish. Pair with Sicilian-style food - prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, grilled sardines. Oh, and olives, just stuff as many olives in your mouth as you possibly can then have a sip of this bad-boy... heaven.
You’d pay $30 full price.

2x Windowrie Estate Pig in the House Picpoul Blanc 2025
White — Other White
Central Ranges — Australia
Aromatic, delicate and wholly pleasing. A fantastic accompaniment for oysters, prawns or any other seafood you can think of! If you love gris/grigio, sauv blanc or albarino, this is right in your wheelhouse. Bright but delicate aromatics of pear, apple and zesty lime set up a subtly structured palate with refreshing acidity and a soft, lingering finish. Looking to try something new without completely leaving your comfort zone? This is the one. Although unique in its elegance and subtlety, there's plenty of familiar flavours for the Australian palate on offer, zesty, refreshing, citrusy and slightly tropical. A complete and interesting table-white and, as the producer says, "this wine is a great accompaniment to oysters, seafood in general, and sunny afternoons".
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Pyren Vineyards Tanwood Pinot Gris 2024
White — Pinot Gris
Pyrenees — Australia
The Victorian Pyrenees may no be the first place that you'd go searching for a bottle of pinot gris, but you certainly should. With a classic climate for aromatic white wines, this is all about the fleshy white peach and pear drop characters that are hard to resist. Add in a dose of tartness somewhere in the realm of green apple and almond skin, and you've got the perfectly balanced glass.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Farmer's Leap Random Shot Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Padthaway — Australia
This chardonnay is peachy, flinty, rounded and ready for a good time, packing all kinds of punches in a sensationally smashable outfit. Padthaway is undoubtedly an underdog region. Not for lack of quality or passion, which comes in bucketloads here. Head inland to find this little gem of an area where the limestone and sandy soils cover the landscape: the beating heart of some outstanding value wines. Consider yourself warned, mofo: deals like this should not be taken for granted.
You’d pay $22 full price.

2x Lloyd Brothers Hills & Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Adelaide Hills — Australia
Crack it open and you’ll be instantly met with lemongrass, passionfruit and citrus - all lifted and zesty, like a coastal breeze on a summer arvo. The palate brings grapefruit, fresh herbs, and green apple, all tied together with a squeeze of lemon zest for that clean, refreshing finish that keeps your glass mysteriously empty. It’s the kind of white you chill hard, pour generously and finish way too quickly. Pure Adelaide Hills magic - crisp, fresh, and completely irresistible.
