Why do we love this case?
Dangerously good wines at a value that’s hard to believe. A smart mix of reds and whites chosen for flavour, versatility, and drinkability, this case is proof you don’t need to spend big to sip well. Perfect for stocking the rack, sharing around, or just keeping the midweek pours flowing.
2x Craneford Tribeca GSM 2023
Red — GSM
Barossa — Australia
Bright red and dark berries shape the palate, lifted by a ripple of spice and the natural generosity of the varieties. The fruit sits plush and mouthfilling, but the structure stays firm enough to keep everything in line. Soft tannins and a gentle warmth round it out, giving the wine an easy sense of flow. Bold, balanced and thoroughly crowd pleasing, it hits the sweet spot between richness and drinkability.

2x Madfish Cabernet Blend 2022
Red — Cabernet Blend
Western Australia — Australia
Sometimes a wine doesn't need a complicated story. It just needs to be really, really good. And this one is really, really good. The tannins are soft and pillowy, the structure is perfectly pitched and the finish is long enough to keep you thinking about that first sip for hours. Cedar spice, mint, dusty cocoa and dried sage on the nose - savoury and completely inviting before you've even taken a sip. The palate opens up into ripe raspberry, red liquorice and baking spices, with chocolate undertones and a generosity of red fruit that makes it genuinely hard to put down. Balanced acidity, powdery tannins and an earthy depth that gives it character well beyond what you'd expect at this price. Crack one open tonight alongside something slow-cooked . Or tuck a few away for the next few years and let it develop into a whole different beast.

2x Farmer's Leap Random Shot Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Padthaway — Australia
From a little-known corner of South Australia (completely covered in ex-Grange vineyards) comes this exceptional value shiraz. It’s absolutely jam-packed with stewed fruit, chocolate and liquorice. Ripe and delicious flavour that packs a real punch is carried on the back of bright acidity, lifting blackberries, bramble, black cherry and prosciutto notes alike to a long and delectable finish. This has to be up there in terms of best value buys. Whether you’re shopping for a pantry-stocking quaffer or something to share with the family over Sunday lunch, this is a great value contender with a foot in both camps.

2x Long Lane Estate Marlborough Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Marlborough — New Zealand
Marlborough does Sauvignon Blanc brilliantly. Everyone knows that. But the region's Pinot Gris deserves considerably more attention - this'll show you exactly why. Ripe pear, white peach and a gentle floral lift on the nose, with a palate that's soft, textural and satisfyingly generous without ever losing its natural freshness. A whisper of spice and a clean, dry finish make it genuinely versatile at the table - seafood, soft cheese, Asian-inspired dishes or just a cold glass on a warm afternoon with nowhere to be. Fresh, approachable and completely easy to love. Grab a few. You'll find plenty of reasons to open them.

2x Pyren Vineyards Tanwood Chardonnay 2025
White — Chardonnay
Pyrenees — Australia
Chardonnay at this price point rarely, if ever, hits this level of palate weight and fruit richness. This is a mid-week wine that doesn't muck about. Creamy pasta, a bottle of this, the couch - what a night. Delightful and approachable. Green apple, citrus, pear, a touch of soft vanilla. On the palate, it's crisp and clean but ripe and weighty, papaya and grapefruit offer ripe tropical flavours and aromatics. The acid is lively and vibrant through the finish. This is a perfect wine to have on hand all summer long, fresh, exciting, energetic, and fruit driven - it'll go with anything and it'll please anyone.

2x Mitolo Wines Jester Vermentino 2025
White — Vermentino
McLaren Vale — Australia
Vermentino. The variety that Australian wine is just beginning to properly fall for - and McLaren Vale is proving to be the best place in the country for it. This one has personality in spades. Crisp and vibrant, with lemon curd, white stone fruit, apple, pear and a tropical pineapple lift that makes it immediately, irresistibly drinkable. Night-harvested fruit, cool fermentation, bottled fresh to capture every ounce of that delicate, aromatic character. Everything done to preserve the wine's natural energy and make sure what ends up in the glass tastes exactly like it should. A mineral flint quality and lacey sherbet acidity run underneath everything, with a subtle saline texture that keeps the finish mouthwatering and completely alive. This is the bottle for long lunches, warm evenings and any occasion that calls for something lively, fresh and a little bit unexpected. Seafood. Antipasto. Absolutely nothing at all. All excellent options. Grab a few.
