Why do we love this case?
Dangerously good wines at a value that’s hard to believe. A smart mix of reds and whites chosen for flavour, versatility, and drinkability, this case is proof you don’t need to spend big to sip well. Perfect for stocking the rack, sharing around, or just keeping the midweek pours flowing.
2x Metricup Hills Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2024
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Margaret River — Australia
From what Vinomofo Wine Buyer (and 30-year Margaret River wine-veteran) Matt, described as "The most underrated producer in Margaret River", we have a brilliant example of the regions champion red wine varietal - cabernet sauvignon. This is as regional as it is varietal - medium-to-full bodied, with drying, albeit silky tannin and a dark, brooding fruit profile. This might be the easiest wine in our arsenal to blind taste, and that's a MASSIVE compliment. Simply gorgeous.

2x Lambert Estate Mustang Sally Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
Juicy, polished Barossa Shiraz that hits the sweet spot between richness and drinkability. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser from first pour to last. A bright, modern Barossa expression that balances generosity with real polish. It opens with juicy plum, blackberry and a lift of sweet spice, then settles into a smooth, mouth-filling palate that still keeps some freshness in the tank. There’s enough Barossa richness to satisfy the big-red crowd, but it avoids heaviness thanks to clean fruit and smart, understated oak. The finish is silky, warming and seriously moreish. It’s the kind of Shiraz you pour for anyone and know they’ll be happy.

2x Schild Estate GSM 2021
Red — GSM
Barossa — Australia
Sure, you might know Barossa shiraz, but the next best thing absolutely has to be the GSM blends from this mighty region. This one leans a little on the meatier side, which will happen when you go a little heavier handed than usual on the mataro in the blend. We're not mad about this one at all; it packs a serious punch, with ripe blackberries, blueberry pie, baking spices and tobacco leaf mingling beautifully in a smoothly textured palate.

2x Altus Rise Wildlight Pinot Grigio 2025
White — Pinot Grigio
Margaret River — Australia
Dry, crisp and incredibly vibrant. Brilliant pale straw with subtle a green tinge, this fresh and vibrant grigio is packed with aromas of ripe red apples and juicy pears. On the palate, it's all about mouth-filling pear flavour, subtle citrus blossom, and a crisp mineral finish that keeps things clean and refreshing. Picked during the cool of night and rushed to the winery, the fruit was handled with ultimate care to preserve its purity and brightness. Fermented with a (secret) custom yeast to dial up the flavour and add an extremely pleasing texture, this wine was bottled early to lock in those lifted aromatics and fresh fruit character. A beautifully made, no-fuss drop that’s as refreshing as it is flavourful.

2x Reschke R-Series Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Limestone Coast — Australia
Fruit-driven but not simple, elegant but not precious, crisp but not austere. This hits that sweet spot where approachability meets quality - perfect for any occasion that calls for something reliable and, of course, yummy. The nose displays beautiful notes of apricot and citrus that immediately signal quality fruit and careful winemaking. It's the kind of aromatics that make you lean in for that first sip with genuine anticipation. The elegantly weighted palate is what sets this apart. It delivers a rounded mouthfeel with smooth flow that leads to a crisp and lingering finish.
