There's no point talking this case down, we've just got to embrace the truth - these are three of the very best chardonnays that Vinomofo has ever stocked. High-end, small-production wines that speak to careful viticulture, careful winemaking and a genuine care for the final product. HUGE prestige, HUGE wines, boutique production - pure perfection.

Why do we love this case?
When you're dealing with wines of this caliber, there's no need for clever copy or marketing ploys. The quality speaks for itself. The scores speak for themselves. The reputations of these producers speak for themselves. This is our confession: We don't get to offer wines like this every day. Or every month. Sometimes not even every year. When bottles of this standard become available, the smart money moves fast - and the indecisive miss out completely. Three wines. Three legends. One unmissable case. You know what to do...
1x Wills Domain Paladin Hill Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Margaret River — Australia
One of our favourite releases year after year - this producer continues to raise the bar at the pointy end of Margaret River chardonnay. Where producers are veering away from the full-throttle iterations of the Burgundian grape, it feels like this team is leaning in. And we're so glad we're coming along for the ride. This is everything you would want from a bold and boisterous Margs chardonnay. There’s concentration, minerality, length, citrus acidity and an undertone of struck match. This wine routinely features in our staff and mofo favourites each year, and we never seem to have enough of it - so if you're reading this deal, I'd jump on it quick (before we snap it all up for ourselves).
You’d pay $85 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Mandala 'The Compass' Yarra Chardonnay 2023
White — Chardonnay
Yarra Valley — Australia
This is the kind of wine that reminds you why the Yarra Valley is one of the country’s most important chardonnay regions, along with Margaret River and a few others. 2023 was a fantastic vintage for Yarra Chardonnay, and the couple of years in bottle have done wonders for this stunning drop. Fleshy white peaches, honeysuckle, cashew and nougat are all at play here, with crisp citrusy acid to hold it all together and give an otherwise heavy wine a lighter feel. This is a really lovely wine by itself, but give it a roast porchetta or buttery sage gnocchi and it will be a knock-out!
You’d pay $80 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Ghost Rock Oulton Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Tasmania — Australia
Stone fruit, vanilla and toasted almond meet bright acidity and seamless balance. The nose is rich and inviting, layered with warm vanilla, pineapple, fresh cream, nougat and toasted almond. On the palate, it’s generous and full-bodied, yet finely tuned, with oak spice weaving through ripe stone fruit and creamy textures. A bright, crystalline acid backbone keeps the wine lively and precise, ensuring richness never tips into heaviness. The finish is long, resonant and beautifully balanced - a Chardonnay that’s both luxurious and structured. We'd be cracking this cool-climate stunner with roast chicken, buttery seafood dishes, or simply on its own to savour every nuance.
You’d pay $70 full price.
