2x Pyren Vineyards Tanwood Chardonnay 2023
White — Chardonnay
Pyrenees — Australia
Delightful and approachable. Green apple, citrus, pear, a touch of soft vanilla. On the palate, it's crisp and clean but ripe and weighty, papaya and grapefruit offer ripe tropical flavours and aromatics. The acid is lively and vibrant through the finish. This is a perfect wine to have on hand all summer long, fresh, exciting, energetic, and fruit driven - it'll go with anything and it'll please anyone.

2x Paul Nelson De Taillevent Pinot Grigio 2023
White — Pinot Grigio
Great Southern — Australia
A brilliant all rounder. Peach and apricot fruit cup overlays tart green apple and winter pear. There is steeliness, too, which speaks to the grigio style. The acid sits low in the wine giving the stone fruit profie lift and drive without overtaking and consuming the wine. Perfect grigio, full marks.

2x Maison Montgermont Blanc de Blancs
Sparkling — Sparkling White
France — France
Ready for some fun in the sun? Don’t forget a few bottles of this! It’s bright, crisp and fresh French fizz that’s perfect for a day at the beach with your mates. Lemon and peach lead the charge, buoyed by hazelnut, elderflower and even a touch of butteriness. An easy, relaxed glass of bubbles when the focus is simply on the good times.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Claymore God is a DJ Riesling 2023
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
When it comes to the legendary producer Claymore, I always think - come for the reds, and stay for the riesling. They have a few rieslings in their collection, all excellent examples of what Clare Valley does best. This beauty is all about the floral, sherbet-y nose with a few funky notes too. It follows with a dry and textural palate that is pithy and citric - vibrant and classic. It has a super-dry finish and my notes say “it’s pretty bloody delicious”.
You’d pay $22 full price.

2x Twin Valleys Sauvignon Blanc 2023
White — Sauvignon Blanc
King Valley — Australia
Excellent sauv blanc is being produced in the King Valley. Who knew? Well, Twin Valleys did. It makes sense that an area with bright, crisp pinot grigio can do the same with savvy b. This one is all tropical fruit and gooseberries, backed by a softer acidity. In layperson’s terms, that means it makes for some easy drinking. So let Twin Valleys do all the hard work in growing the grapes and making the wine. Then, you relax and pour yourself a glass (or two).

2x Sorby Adams Mytikas Vermentino 2022
White — Vermentino
Adelaide — Australia
A vibrant bottle of wine, a testament to the great winemaker (the famous Simon 'Sorby' Adams) and a refreshing variety. Vermentino offers a harmonious blend of zesty citrus, crisp minerality, and a refreshingly textural profile that captures the essence of its Mediterranean origins. What's not to love?
