1x Yelland & Papps Single Vineyard Greenock Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
This is Barossa shiraz with brains as well as brawn - nothing overdone, just flavour that feels both powerful and controlled. Smoothness, complexity and depth all wrapped up in a velvety package. There’s opulence, fruit weight, fine tannins and a hell of a long finish on this one. Halliday’s already dropped 95 points on it - we’ll just say it straight: this is utterly delicious. Classic single vineyard Barossa shiraz made from old vines on the western ridge of the valley. Plum, mulberry and clove jump out of the glass upon first whiff. The palate expands even further with vanilla, liquorice, dark chocolate and graphite. The mix of seasoned American and French oak in the maturation has given rise to a mix of sweet spices, vanilla bean and roasted coffee notes that accentuate the high-toned fragrance of the already beautiful shiraz fruit from some seriously kick ass growers. Shiraz lovers, eat your heart out.

1x Journey Wines Coldstream Pinot Noir 2023
Red — Pinot Noir
Yarra Valley — Australia
Wowee, we've got an outstanding example of single-vineyard Yarra pinot on our hands here! As generous as it is sophisticated - this wine is paradoxically super easy to drink, and at the same time, next level complex. Trying to pick individual notes is like picking individual voices in a choir. And why should we? If the song sounds good, let 'em sing - and the wine is certainly singing now.

1x Leconfield Manor House Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
Reviewers all over the country, and even the world are raving about this Coonawarra drop and called it one of the best value cabs you could find. And that was before we popped up this incredible deal. With chocolate, blackberries, tobacco leaves and perfectly polished tannins, this is the cab sauv you've been waiting years for. Silky tannins, impressive length and seriously phenomenal flavour set this Coonawarra cab sauv apart from the pack. Add in some notes of chocolate, blackberries, aniseed, mint, ripe plums and spices and you've got a rare drop that drinks so beautifully you won't want to share it. Campbell Mattinson sang its praises and said, "This is as solid as they come. In fact it’s better than that. It’s straight into no-brainer territory: the price and the quality are definitely in the buyer’s favour here" - and that's before our discount! With impressive cellaring potential of a couple of decades this is a wine and deal that's not to be missed.

1x Thousand Candles Gathering Field Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Yarra Valley — Australia
The palate sits comfortably in the medium-to-full-bodied zone - fresh, lively and nicely put together. Juicy fruit carries through, tannins have a gentle chew without getting sticky, and there’s a floral, spicy lift that hangs around long after the race is run. It’s youthful, balanced and very easy to drink, but far from simple. Naturally fermented with a touch of whole bunch and raised in seasoned French oak, it’s been handled with a light touch, letting brightness and texture do the heavy lifting. The reviewers clocked it too, Halliday handed this one 95 points - and once you’ve had a glass, or two, you’ll see why. Fun, energetic and dangerously moreish.

1x Tscharke Wines A Thing of Beauty Grenache 2023
Red — Grenache
Barossa — Australia
This bloke's a bit of a legend in the Barossa, he lets the fruit do the talking... lucky for us his fruit is pretty much as good as it gets. This Marananga-sourced grenache is looking gorgeous before you've even lifted it to your nose. From there, forget about it - you're in for quite the ride here, time to chuck your seatbelt on. This is a pretty-smelling little thing that packs a bigger punch than its delicate appearance would have you believe. Cherries and wild strawberry lead with raspberry, lifted by citrus blossom and gingerbread notes. Rose petals float through with exotic spice, a slight savouriness, earthy undertones and distant sarsaparilla glimpses building complexity. Seductive doesn't begin to cover these aromatics - they're genuinely captivating. Then the palate arrives telling a similar story but with completely different tone. Spices take control here. That prettiness and delicacy step aside as grip and concentration charge forward. Savoury tannins persist, elevating red fruit to new levels of complexity. Airy and spacious with vivid minerally tension and chalky, savoury sour cherry character flowing through. Explosive right now but built to age gracefully over a decade-plus. Your choice.

1x Turkey Flat Vineyards Butcher's Block Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
We can’t splash the producer’s name all over the page… but let’s just say you’re dealing with one of the Barossa’s most famous estates. In other words, you're in good hands here. This shiraz is a fresher take on the region - still generous, still unmistakably Barossa, just with the brightness and spice dialled up a touch. The kind of wine that still brings the power but you don't need a knife and fork to consume it. Wonderfully vibrant. The palate is plush but not heavy. Juicy dark berries roll through first, backed by pepper, dried herbs and a subtle ironstone edge that keeps things interesting. A small portion of whole bunch brings extra lift and structure, while older oak lets the fruit stay front and centre. Tannins are fine and neatly shaped, carrying the flavour out to a tidy, satisfying finish. It’s modern, it’s vibrant, and it’s built to be enjoyed now - preferably with something sizzling on the grill. From a heavyweight Barossa name. At a price that makes it very easy to say yes.
You’d pay $27 full price.

1x Thistledown Wild & Wilder 'The Unforgettable' GSM 2023
Red — GSM
South Australia — Australia
GSM - the ‘Holy Trinity’ of South Aussie reds. It’s the simple, but pleasing harmony of the blend that is nearly better than the sum of its parts. This is a ripe and succulent red that shows off the best of all three varieties. Grenache brings red berries, plums and a bit of warmth. Shiraz adds spice and acid. And then mataro contributes a wonderfully floral nose and its famous inky colour. This is a solid and tasty version of the blend, sure to please fans of the style

1x Redman First Divide Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
You're going to know this producer, they're one of the greats... These grapes, grown in the world-renowned terra rossa soils of Coonawarra, have all the classic flavours you’d expect, and then some! Cassis and eucalypt define the palate, with the potential for a great many years ageing - if you can be bothered! We're loving ours just how it is right now.
These guys were established in 1908 - a pioneering winery of Coonawarra. Still family owned, they pride themselves on the amazing wines they’re making today with the benefit of four generations of know-how. This 2022 release lands with intent - all blackcurrant depth, graphite edge and a cool flicker of that minty, eucalypt that helps define the region. There’s structure here, but also grace: tight, fine tannins wrapping around a juicy, perfectly ripened core. French oak plays its part quietly, adding texture and shape without stealing the spotlight. When should you drink this wine? Every, damn, day!
You’d pay $30 full price.

1x Barringwood Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Tasmania — Australia
This comes from one of Tasmania's best producers - genuine elite territory. Small operation means limited production, which translates to genuinely hard-to-get bottles. When you find them, you grab them. We've got stone fruit and citrus zest rolling through a creamy, nutty base - all carried by that trademark Tassie acidity that keeps it crisp and focused. One that's just a worthy of analysis as it is of pure, unthinking enjoyment!

1x Spring Vale Estate Pinot Gris 2025
White — Pinot Gris
Tasmania — Australia
This vivacious pinot gris showcases both the depth and aromatic firepower that the variety's capable of when it's handled right. This isn't just your every day fruit-bomb, there's proper substance here alongside all that gorgeous aromatics - fantastic stuff. The palate is beautifully textured, thanks to a good chunk of time on lees in barrel, creating layers of stone fruit and nougat that give it serious presence. Persistent phenolics provide length and structure, elevating this well beyond your typical easy-drinking pinot gris into something with genuine complexity and staying power. This is pinot gris with body, character and enough texture to make you pay attention. The kind that pairs brilliantly with food but drinks just as well on its own when you want something with a bit more grunt than your average white.
You’d pay $32 full price.

1x Lange Estate TSR Sauvignon Blanc 2025
White — Sauvignon Blanc
Great Southern — Australia
This represents sauvignon blanc at its most expressive and food-friendly, perfect for immediate drinking when the aromatics are at their peak and the acidity provides maximum refreshment. The nose hits hard with ripe citrus and passionfruit, lifted by a hint of lemongrass that adds herbal complexity. These aren't subtle aromatics - they're bold and expressive, announcing the wine's character immediately. On the palate, juicy gooseberry and guava flavours dominate, enhanced by herbal nuances that add layers without overwhelming the primary fruit. What really impresses is the balance - there's a subtle textural edge that provides weight and interest, while mouthwatering acidity drives everything forward to a long, crisp finish.
You’d pay $25 full price.
