1x School House Headmaster Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
We know that Coonawarra cabernet is sincerely age-able. That’s just part and parcel of this region’s charm. This School House cab shows the best of what the famed red clay has to offer, as it walks the tightrope between power and elegance with perfect poise. There are ripe dark fruits of plum and cassis, wrapped up in fine tannins and complimented by notes of toasty oak. It is intense, but also wonderfully balanced. We don’t need to say much more, because this is one wine that does most of the talking.
You’d pay $55 full price.

1x Journey Wines Coldstream Pinot Noir 2023
Red — Pinot Noir
Yarra Valley — Australia
Wowee, we've got an outstanding example of single-vineyard Yarra pinot on our hands here! As generous as it is sophisticated - this wine is paradoxically super easy to drink, and at the same time, next level complex. Trying to pick individual notes is like picking individual voices in a choir. And why should we? If the song sounds good, let 'em sing - and the wine is certainly singing now.
You’d pay $50 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Kangarilla Road McLaren Vale Shiraz 2021
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
Ah, how we love a shiraz from Kangarilla Road. Dark berries and black cherries run the show, combining with liquorice, spice and dark choccy flavours that last right through to the end. With a delicate oak profile and powdery tannins, this shiraz is proof that not all heroes wear capes; some are simply made from grapes.
You’d pay $30 full price.

Tasting Notes
1x Helen & Joey Layla Chardonnay 2024
White — Chardonnay
Yarra Valley — Australia
Get a bit of this in your glass! Ripe, rich stone fruits and creamy nougat layered atop, dare we say, toasty lemon butter. All the things we love about Yarra Valley chardonnay, right here, right now. A thoroughly harmonious swirl of citrus, stone fruit and a hint of fresh cream on warm scones. This is a Yarra chardy with one thing in mind, balance. Natural acidity and fresh minerality are complimented, even accentuated, by a subtle touch of French oak and a very chardonnay-esque mouthfeel. Somehow both rich and vibrant. We're big fans.

Tasting Notes
1x Crabtree Pomona Riesling 2024
White — Riesling
Clare Valley — Australia
Riesling is an under-rated chameleon, and this is a rare find. When the new vintage talks come up for the Crabtree Pomona riesling, I pounce on everything we can get. We’re almost at the point of licking the bottle just to get every last drop. There’s hints of orange peel and jasmine underlying the preserved lemon and lime freshness. Heaps of that roaring acid. Fresh, dry, and perfect to quench your thirst on a warm day.
You’d pay $40 full price.
